Villa Melissa is a spectacular 5-bedroom beachfront villa boasting a magnificent view of the ocean and of Pererenan beach in Canggu. This is a fabulous location, one of the hippest and most sought-after regions of the entire island, a tropical paradise surrounded by peaceful emerald rice fields and volcanic black sand beaches. Pererenan has quickly grown into a very popular destination and nowadays has a lot to offer: fantastic restaurants, healthy cafes, fun beach bars and amazing surfing waves. However, for even more dining and nightlife options guests can head to Canggu’s main roads and the Berawa district, only a few minutes drive away.
The property is part of the amazing Pantai Lima Estate, a private complex comprising also other luxury villas: the 5-bedroomed Villa Mary and Villa Ambra, and the 6-bedroomed Villa Waringin and Villa Sound of the Sea. Guests staying in one of these fantastic accommodations can enjoy the estate’s shared facilities, including a night-lit tennis court, a well-equipped gym and a 250 m² seminar room.
Villa Melissa is also perfect to host intimate weddings, special celebrations or large gatherings. The property can fit up to 40 persons standing, however, for larger events, the Pantai Lima Estate is able to accommodate up to 100 guests.
Outdoor living areas
Looking at its marvellous beachfront garden it’s easy to see why Villa Melissa is considered to be one of the best villas in Canggu. This amazing space enjoys jaw-dropping views of the ocean and will offer the ultimate tropical experience to the guests.
The outdoor area comprises two amazing infinity-edge swimming pools, positioned perpendicularly to form a T and overlooking a large well-manicured lawn, perfect places to relax, regenerate and spend unforgettable moments. The garden also features comfortable sun loungers with parasols and two beautiful gazebos: one ideal to relax or get a Balinese massage and one fitted with a 10-seater dining table, for mesmerising sunset beachfront dinners.
Indoor living areas
The fantastic main living area of the villa occupies the beautiful 100 m² open-air room with majestic double height ceilings, located on the ground floor and overlooking the ocean. Like the rest of the property, the living room has been decorated blending tastefully contemporary and antique Balinese furniture, a design that helps create a modern yet homey ambiance.
The villa also comprises an indoor dining area with a bar and beautiful rectangle table that can seat up to 12 guests, and a well-sized kitchen equipped with refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, juicer, toaster and BBQ grill.
Bedrooms
Villa Melissa features five luxurious bedrooms, three of which offering unrivalled views of the ocean and all fitted with TVs. Each suite boasts a luxurious ensuite bathroom.
The master suite is a gorgeous bedroom that overlooks the pool area and the beach. The upstairs bedrooms, each with its own balcony, offer spectacular views over Pererenan’s fantastic waves. Three of the bedrooms have been furnished with king size beds, one with a double bed and one has twin beds.
Staff
The villa features a professional and friendly staff, which will take care of the guests’ every needs. The service offered is truly exceptional and the team includes a villa manager, butlers, housekeepers, a private chef, gardeners and security guards.
Guests can also take advantage of the 5-seater car with driver of the villa (available 8 consecutive hours a day) to explore this magical island.
