Tirtha Bayu Villa I is a gorgeous six bedroom luxury beachfront villa situated on Cemagi Beach in the serene Seseh-Tanah Lot region of south west Bali. This massive 3,000 sqm villa is tucked between the Indian Ocean and emerald green rice fields, offering absolute serenity in a blissful semi rural setting.
While it feels like a world away, the estate is only nine kilometers from Echo Beach and the vibrant delights of trendy Canggu.
For larger groups, Tirtha Bayu Villa I can also be booked together with its sister property, Tirtha Bayu Villa II. Connected by an ornate, stone-carved Balinese gate, the two villas form an expansive 11-bedroom estate featuring two swimming pools, an ideal setting for a tropical wedding or special celebration.
Outdoor living areas
The property’s exterior is highlighted by a 14-meter private infinity swimming pool that overlooks the ocean and is fringed by lush tropical gardens. The expansive pool deck is furnished with sun loungers and sunbrellas, while a garden balé featuring koi ponds and water features provides a peaceful retreat.
Guests can also enjoy a shaded veranda with a teak daybed or utilize the terraced lawns, which are ideal for hosting weddings and large events for up to 50 guests.
Indoor living areas
The villa features an expansive open-plan living room with floor to ceiling glass windows that frame stunning ocean views. This communal hub includes a ten-seater dining table, a billiards table, and even a baby grand piano for guest entertainment.
For movie nights, there is a dedicated home theatre with a 75-inch flat-screen TV, while fitness enthusiasts can make use of the on-site gym equipped with a three-in-one home gym station.
Bedrooms
The villa accommodates up to 12 adults in six air-conditioned bedrooms, most of which are equipped with 43-inch flat-screen satellite TVs. There are two expansive master suites with king-size beds and walk-in dressing areas; one master opens onto a rooftop terrace while the other leads to the lower ground gardens.
The remaining four rooms are deluxe king suites, nearly all of which feature contemporary spa-style ensuite bathrooms with bathtubs and offer views of the ocean or tropical gardens.
Staff
Guests are pampered by a professional team that includes a full-time manager, private chef, housekeepers, and security. The talented chef is adept at preparing Indonesian, Western, and Asian cuisines, as well as catering to special diets. High-speed WiFi is included, and a car and driver can be organized at a special daily rate for island excursions.
Additional luxury services, such as in-villa spa treatments and professional babysitting, are also available upon request for an extra charge.

We had an incredible stay at Tirtha Bayu Estate. The ocean views are absolutely stunning, especially at sunset, and the whole place feels peaceful and private. The villas are beautiful, spacious, and full of thoughtful details that make the stay feel really special. The staff were also amazing, so friendly and attentive. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy Bali in a truly beautiful setting. 🌅🌴
