Kiss Bali Beach Residence is a bold and striking nine bedroom oceanfront estate set on the peaceful west coast of Bali in the tranquil village of Cemagi. Spanning a massive 4,530 sqm land area, this absolute beachfront property offers a rare balance of secluded serenity and vibrant personality.

Known for its sweeping ocean views and spectacular sunsets, the residence is a premier destination for milestone celebrations, stylish gatherings, and unforgettable family retreats away from the busy traffic of more tourist heavy areas.

Outdoor living areas

The estate features expansive manicured lawns that spill directly toward the black sand shores. A major highlight is the 33.5 meter main swimming pool which includes a striking yellow tiled section and is surrounded by sun loungers, daybeds, and playful avant garde art.

Guests can gather for evening cocktails in the sunken lounge or enjoy the rooftop terrace above the poolside suite. The wide lawn is perfect for beachfront volleyball or hosting grand events for up to 150 guests.

Indoor living areas

Inside, double height living spaces and ocean facing lounges feature floor to ceiling glass doors that dissolve the boundaries between the interior and the sea. The formal dining area houses a solid natural wood table that can comfortably seat 14 guests, while the professional chef’s kitchen includes a butler’s service window.

For leisure, the villa offers a dedicated entertainment room equipped with poker tables, a flat screen TV, and a mini gym.

Bedrooms

The property accommodates up to 16 guests across eight luxurious suites and one additional bunk room for kids (extra cost). The two master suites on the upper floor feature wraparound terraces and circular windows that open into ensuites with two adjacent large rain showers.

Unique sleeping arrangements include a romantic glamping pavilion set in the garden and a standalone poolside suite with its own private terrace. Most suites offer open air bathtubs and stunning views of either the ocean or the nearby river.

Staff

A dedicated and professional team pampers guests throughout their stay, including a Villa Manager, private chef, villa attendants, and 24 hour security. The private chef is adept at preparing a wide variety of cuisines and can happily accommodate special dietary requests or kids' meals.

Included in the rate are daily housekeeping, high speed WiFi, and a welcome drink, while additional services such as a car and driver at a special rate, spa therapists, and babysitters can be arranged upon request.

A beautiful and peaceful beachfront villa, perfect for a relaxing getaway away from the crowds. The ocean views and sunsets are truly stunning, and the villa itself is spacious and comfortable. What made the stay exceptional was the staff — incredibly warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Their hospitality made us feel truly at home.
