Explore Keramas
One of Asia's most revered surf spots, Keramas has hosted some important competitions in the last years, including the World Surf League's Indonesian Event.
Keramas is a black-sand beach on Bali’s uncrowded eastern coast, facing Nusa Lembongan. This is one of the most beautiful areas in Bali, yet still relatively unknown to the mass tourism that has instead invested the south of the island. The perfect location if you intend to visit the north of the island, the majestic Mount Agung, the spectacular Gili Islands or simply all the other unspoilt beaches that line the eastern coastline. And if you’re into surfing, you can ride Keramas' gorgeous and powerful right-hander wave, which at times offer amazing tube rides. If instead you'd like to only relax sipping amazing tropical cocktails, the famous Komune Beach Club is the place to be.
