Description
Atulya Residence is a splendid 5-bedroom villa with unparalleled ocean views located in Koh Samui, on the lush emerald hills above the popular Bophut town and the charming Fisherman’s Village.
This is a great location as guests will have within a 15-minute drive the international airport, the white-sanded Bophut beach, the iconic Big Buddha temple and the island's main touristic area, Chaweng and its fantastic beaches.However, circumnavigating the whole island by car takes just over an hour, so no attraction is very far away.
The villa is also part of an exclusive estate, the Panacea Retreat, which comprises five amazing properties, all with jaw-dropping views over the Gulf of Thailand and Samui's green hills.Atulya Residence is the second largest villa of the estate and the perfect choice for large family gatherings and groups of friends. Thanks to its large size and spectacular views the property is also perfect to organise unforgettable events, such as weddings and special anniversaries.
Outdoor living areas
The outdoor spaces of the villa will provide guests with magnificent views of Samui’s north-east coastline and the spectacular Gulf of Thailand.
The highlight of this space is the gorgeous 20-meter infinity swimming pool, the perfect spot to enjoy the glorious panorama while refreshing after a 'long' day spent exploring the island. The pool deck will offer comfortable sun loungers with parasols to relax, while on one side of the pool guests will enjoy the beautiful sala (Thai gazebo) with alfresco dining table, barbecue and bar.
The lush manicured garden gently follows the sloping contours of the hillside and offers the perfect tropical setting to the guests' vacation.
Indoor living areas
The Atulya Residence boasts a gorgeous contemporary Thai architecture and luxurious interiors, with emphasis on natural materials and Asian designs.
The main living area of the property is located on the top level and offers jaw-dropping views over the Gulf of Thailand and Koh Samui's emerald hills. This is a splendid room filled with light, thanks to the large glass sliding doors, and boasting an impressive sloping wooden ceiling, which creates an ambience that is warm and grand at the same time.
This open-plan room comprises a dining area, a lounge corner with elegant sofas and a flat screen TV, and a gorgeous modern open kitchen. The space is also fitted with JBL speakers, so that the guests's favorite tunes can be enjoyed from every corner.
Bedrooms
The villa has five gorgeous and well-sized bedrooms, and can comfortably host up to ten guests (extra beds can also be arranged at an additional cost). All suites enjoy amazing views of the pool and the ocean, and they all feature king size beds, large wardrobe spaces, smart TVs with sound system, stocked mini-bars and ensuite bathrooms with rain showers.
The two gorgeous master bedrooms are found on a separate two-storey pavilion, with one positioned adjacent to the main living room and one opening onto the pool and garden level. Both suites also boast beautiful terrazzo bathtubs.
The other three guest bedrooms are located on the garden level and enjoy a shared covered terrace.
Staff
The villa enjoys the services of the estate's dedicated and professional staff. The team includes a villa manager, housekeeping attendants, a skilled chef with assistants and 24-hour security guards. Additional staff, like babysitters, masseuses and yoga instructors, are also available upon request for an extra charge.
The staff will look after the guests and will organise any extra service they might request – from delicious meals to day trips and unforgettable excursions. A complimentary daily breakfast will also be served daily at the villa.

Beautiful pools. We have breakfast everyday better than what we had at the Ritz Carlton, great recommendation for the dinner. Some of the best service we are ever had beyond our expectations, very flexible for our changes too. Bao and Sunny were great too.

This was a very relaxing trip and we felt taken care of the entire time we were here, from a wonderful birthday BBQ to our boat trip. A recommendation! We will return and come back soon.
