This is a great location as guests will have within a 15-minute drive the international airport, the white-sanded Bophut beach, the iconic Big Buddha temple and the island's main touristic area, Chaweng and its fantastic beaches.However, circumnavigating the whole island by car takes just over an hour, so no attraction is very far away.
The villa is also part of an exclusive estate, the Panacea Retreat, which comprises five amazing properties, all with jaw-dropping views over the Gulf of Thailand and Samui's green hills.Avasara Residence is the perfect choice for large family gatherings and groups of friends. Thanks to its size and spectacular views the property is also perfect to organise unforgettable events, such as weddings and special anniversaries.
Outdoor living areas
The outdoor spaces of the villa will provide guests with jaw-dropping views of Samui’s north-east coastline and the spectacular Gulf of Thailand.
The highlight of this space is the gorgeous 20-meter infinity swimming pool, the perfect spot to enjoy the glorious panorama while regenerating after a 'long' day spent exploring the island. The pool deck will offer comfortable sun loungers with parasols to relax, while on one side of the pool guests will enjoy the beautiful sala (Thai gazebo) with alfresco dining table, barbecue and bar.
The villa is surrounded by gorgeous lush vegetation and it features a beautifully manicured tropical garden, set to separate the pool from the main building.
Indoor living areas
The Avasara Residence boasts a gorgeous contemporary Thai architecture and luxurious interiors, with emphasis on natural materials and local artworks.
The main living area of the property is located on the top level and offers jaw-dropping views over the Gulf of Thailand and Koh Samui's emerald hills. This is a splendid and bright room boasting large glass sliding doors and an impressive sloping wooden ceiling, which helps create an ambience that is warm and grand at the same time.
This open-plan room comprises a dining area, a lounge corner with elegant sofas and a flat screen Smart TV, and a gorgeous modern show kitchen.
Bedrooms
The villa has five gorgeous and well-sized bedrooms, and can comfortably host up to ten guests (extra beds can also be arranged at an additional cost). All suites enjoy amazing views of the pool and the ocean, and they all feature king size beds, large wardrobe spaces, smart TVs with sound system, stocked mini-bars and ensuite bathrooms with rain showers.
The two gorgeous master bedrooms are found on a separate two-storey pavilion, with one positioned adjacent to the main living room and one opening onto the pool and garden level. Both suites also boast beautiful terrazzo bathtubs.
The other three guest bedrooms are located on the garden level and enjoy a shared covered terrace.
Staff
The villa enjoys the services of the estate's dedicated and professional staff. The team includes a villa manager, housekeeping attendants, a skilled chef with assistants and 24-hour security guards. Additional staff, like babysitters, masseuses and yoga instructors, are also available upon request for an extra charge.
The staff will look after the guests and will organise any extra service they might request – from delicious meals to day trips and unforgettable excursions. A complimentary daily breakfast will also be served daily at the villa.
