Baan Paa Talee Estate is a stunning 9-bedroom resort-like villa located on Phuket’s spectacular west coast, within an exclusive private estate, the Cape Amarin. The property sits on a dramatic rocky headland and overlooks the magnificent Andaman Sea. After all the translation of the villa name is “House on the cliff by the ocean”, it really couldn't be more appropriate.
This part of the island is also known as the Millionaires’ Mile, as it includes some of the most exclusive villas and resorts of the country, along with upmarket wining and dining establishments. The tranquil and family friendly beach of Kamala is only 10 minutes away, while the more hectic and vibrant Patong and Surin beaches can be reached in an easy and scenic 15 minutes drive.
Being centrally situated on Phuket’s west coast, Baan Paa Talee Estate is also close to most of the other beaches and main attractions of the island, which makes this villa the perfect accommodation for those families or large groups who want to spend a comfortable and private holiday, without giving up being in the center of the action.
Outdoor living areas
Spread over four levels of gorgeously manicured tropical gardens, this astonishing villa will offer breathtaking sweeping views from every corner.
The highlight of the property's outdoor area is surely the amazing 25-metre infinity-edge swimming pool, which is an experience on its own. Next to the pool are a fantastic covered Jacuzzi, an elegant outdoor lounge, a deck furnished with comfortable sun loungers and a covered pavilion, for spectacular alfresco barbecue dinners.
Nestled in the lush garden are also a "Tree sala", a traditional Thai gazebo ideal for outdoor entertaining and relaxation, and a massage pavilion.
Indoor living areas
Baan Paa Talee Estate's luxurious indoor living areas are characterised by wide airy spaces, modern furnishings and high-end interiors. Most of the villa's rooms offer the choice of enclosed air-conditioned comfort or open-air fan-cooled living, thanks to beautiful large sliding glass doors, and are fitted with a quality Sonos sound system.
The indoor living spaces include: a lounge room with comfortable sofas, TV and karaoke set, a formal dining room with 20-seater table, a gorgeous modern kitchen with large breakfast island, a semi-outdoor games area adjacent to swimming pool with bar and billiard table, and a well equipped air-conditioned gym.
The property also boasts a detached and self-contained 2-bedroom Ocean Villa, which features its own living area with open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge corners, and a wide terrace overlooking the spectacular Andaman Sea.
Bedrooms
Baan Paa Talee Estate has nine gorgeous bedrooms and can host up to twenty guests comfortably. All suites offer amazing views of the ocean below and are fitted with air-conditioning and bluetooth sound systems.
The two master bedrooms are beautiful and feature king size beds and luxurious bathrooms with bathtubs. One of the master suites also offers a sofa bed that can sleep one extra child, while the other one can access one of the guests bedrooms through a staircase, making it the ideal set up for families with kids.
Other five guest bedrooms are also located in the main villa and they all boasts comfortable king size beds (one of these has 2 king size beds and a sofa bed suitable to host one extra child). All bedrooms have their own private bathroom (two with shower and two with bathtubs), except for the suites 3 and 4, which are connected through a shared bathroom.
The remaining two bedrooms are instead located in the stand-alone Ocean Villa, which is positioned below the main villa and it's connected to it via a long flight of steps. The two suites feature king size beds, ensuite bathrooms with showers and balconies with breathtaking views. On the upper floor of this small villa are also a living room and fully-equipped kitchen.
Staff
A large team of dedicated staff, including a villa manager, a butler, a personal chef, housekeepers and maintenance will be on hand to assist guests in every request they might have. The staff can also easily arrange any extra service upon request, like transportation, babysitters and in-villa massages.

Dear Baan Paa Talee and team, this place is 5-star fabulous! We loved our stay here so much. Rooms are clean, facilities are fantastic and service is even better. 5/5I have just got back from a wedding that I will never forget at Baan Paa Talee. We spent 4 nights at the villa and each day/night was special. The villa is absolutely breathtaking with all the bedrooms a view of the water. The staff is very attentive and there is nothing that they would not try to do for you. My children loved the villa and felt safe walking in between the rooms. The pool was beautiful and we spent many hours here between wedding events. There are many unique areas of the villa that you can use for various events and they are equally as nice. We loved it here and we will never forget the wedding we attended at Baan Paa Talee.
