Description

Jivana Beach Villas is a stunning beachfront complex comprising three amazing holiday villas. The estate is located on the immaculate white sands of Natai Beach in Phang Nga, a tranquil and unspoiled region situated only about 25 minutes drive north to Phuket International Airport.

The three villas that make up the complex are: the 7-bedroomed Villa Ananda and the 6-bedroomed Villa Shanti and Villa Jia, together they offer a total of 19 bedrooms! All three properties sit on what is known as the "millionaires row", a unique community comprising luxury accommodations. This gorgeous strip of coastline will offer the ultimate tropical experience thanks to its crystal clear waters and its peaceful rural landscape. Natai Beach is also perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking and swimming and offers several amazing dining options: The Aleenta and Iniala Beach resorts, both just along the sand, comprise in fact award-winning restaurants.

Together, Villa Jia and Villa Shanti, make also an idyllic beachfront wedding and special event venue, catering for up to 150 guests.

Villa Ananda

This absolute beachfront luxury property boasts a stunning and expensive tropical garden filled with tall swaying coconut trees and exotic plans. The incredible outdoor area offers direct access to an 80-meter private beach and unmatched views over the Andaman Sea.

Nestled in these 9,500 square meters of beautifully manicured lawns are a 25-meter long swimming pool with separate shallow area for children, comfortable sun loungers, a sunken dining "sala" to enjoy unforgettable breakfasts with view and an amazing beachfront relaxation gazebo.

Moreover, the more active guests will certainly appreciate the two kayaks and the two bicycles made available by the property.

The villa comprises five contemporary Thai-styled pavilions, all facing the garden and the beach. At its center is the pavilion called the "Great Room", a beautiful and elegant living and dining space that can be enclosed and air conditioned, or that can be opened to the fantastic tropical breeze. The room, characterized by rich wood features and tasteful furnishings, comprises comfortable sofas, a 10-seater dining table and a lovely furnished veranda.

The villa also offers a beautiful family room, fitted with couches and a LCD TV, and a large fully-equipped modern kitchen, both set in separate pavilions.

Villa Ananda counts seven gorgeous and comfortable bedrooms with teak floors and high ceilings, all overlooking the Andaman Sea through floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors (except for the children's room).

There are two Master Suites, larger than the others, and boasting king size beds, office spaces and large ensuite tropical bathrooms with sunken tubs.

The four Guest Suites are also comfortable and boast luxury tropical bathrooms with bathtubs. Two of these suites feature king size beds, while the other two have twin beds (convertible to king size beds).

Located next to the kitchen pavilion is the Children's Suite, a spacious bedroom featuring two sets of bunk beds (which can sleep up to four kids younger than 12 years old), a nanny's bed, a desk and a private bathroom.

Villa Jia

The garden of the villa with its beautiful tall palm trees and its vast beachfront lawns is simply superb, an idyllic space where to spend unforgettable moments with family or friends.

The spectacular outdoor areas of the property, which blend splendidly with the natural surroundings and connect directly with the beach, features a fantastic 25-meter infinity swimming pool with separate shallow area for children, a poolside dining pavilion with an eight-seater table for memorable alfresco dinners, sun loungers and an amazing beachside relaxation gazebo perfect for meditation or massages.

By the entrance the villa also boasts a beautiful foyer with water features and a garden courtyard.

The amazing indoor living spaces of the villa are arranged in a series of separate sea-view pavilions, each boasting its own style but all united by a luxurious décor, a blend of rich teak wood features, comfortable furnishings and distinctive artworks.

The main living area is located in the central pavilion overlooking the pool. This gorgeous room features a lounge with soft sofas, a dining area with a table for 10 and a furnished veranda.

By the grand entrance of the villa, separated by the beautiful garden courtyard, are a large, fully equipped modern kitchen, and a family room fitted with a plasma screen TV with DVD player, comfortable couches, an office desk and bar area with wine fridge. Hidden next to this lounge, is the entertainment room, which boasts a projector screen, a quality surround-sound system, a library, a billiard table and soft-cushioned sofas.

Villa Jia has six gorgeous and comfortable bedrooms, all housed in beautiful separate pavilions with either ocean view or garden view.

Positioned on either side of the main living room are the two Master Bedrooms, one furnished with a queen size bed and one with twin beds (convertible to a king size bed). These beautiful suites feature flat screen TVs, DVD players, iPod docks and large bathrooms with double lavatory, bathtub and rain shower.

Next to each master suite are the Guest Bedrooms 2 and 3. These suites are also gorgeous, boasting amazing ocean views and featuring queen size beds, flat screen TVs, DVD players and tropical bathrooms with outdoor black granite tubs and rain showers.

Lastly, set behind these we have the Guest Bedrooms 3 and 4, also beautiful and enjoying garden views. One features a queen size bed, a flat screen TV with DVD player and a large bathroom with an indoor bathtub and shower. The other has twin beds instead (convertible to a king size bed) and also boasts a beautiful bathroom with bathtub and shower.

Villa Shanti

Villa Shanti is a luxurious beachfront tropical heaven boasting a spectacular garden featuring swaying tall palms, large well-manicured lawns and beautiful night-time lighting.

This idyllic outdoor area connects directly with the amazing Natai Beach and features a gorgeous large swimming pool with separated shallow area for children, sun loungers, a poolside dining "sala" (Thai gazebo) with a 12-seater table and a fantastic beachfront gazebo with jaw-dropping views, perfect for a massage or to relax while admiring the incredible Phuket's sunsets.

The indoor living spaces of the villa are arranged in three separate beautifully designed pavilions. The main living room occupies the central pavilion, which overlooks the pool and the fantastic Andaman Sea. This living space features soft couches, a formal dining table and a covered veranda with an outdoor dining table and a lounge area.

The villa also comprises a large fully equipped modern kitchen and a second lounge room fitted with a sofa, a flat screen TV, a library and a desk.

Villa Shanti boasts six large and beautiful bedrooms, all located in independent pavilions to ensure complete privacy.

Overlooking the pool and the ocean, we have four gorgeous suites, the two Master Bedrooms and the Guest Bedrooms 1 and 2. All suites feature four-poster king size beds, study areas, large sliding glass doors that open onto sea-view terraces and semi-open tropical ensuite bathrooms with double lavatories, showers and sunken tubs.

Just behind these suites we find the Guest Bedrooms 3 and 4, both enjoying garden views. These suites have been furnished with twin beds and feature small study areas, elegant furnishings and tropical private bathrooms with outdoor showers.

Staff

The welcoming and professional staff of the complex will offer an exceptional service and will assist the guests in anything they need. The staff includes villa managers, skilled private chefs, maids and 24-hour security staff, who will all ensure a relaxed and unforgettable stay to the guests.

Additional staff and services can be easily arranged upon request, while a delicious daily breakfast for all guests is included in the rate.
