Kalya Residence is a gorgeous 4-bedroom villa with magnificent ocean views located in Koh Samui, on the lush emerald hills above the popular Bophut town and the charming Fisherman’s Village.
This is a great location as guests will have within a 15-minute drive the international airport, the white-sanded Bophut beach, the iconic Big Buddha temple and the island's main touristic area, Chaweng and its fantastic beaches.However, circumnavigating the whole island by car takes just over an hour, so no attraction is very far away.
The villa is also part of an exclusive estate, the Panacea Retreat, which comprises five amazing properties, all with jaw-dropping views over the Gulf of Thailand and Samui's green hills.Thanks to its large size and spectacular views Kalya Residence is also perfect to organise unforgettable events, such as weddings and special anniversaries.
Outdoor living areas
Blessed with breathtaking views of the Andaman Sea and the lush tropical hills above Bophut, the outdoor area of the villa is the perfect spot to relax, regenerate and spend unforgettable moments with family and friends.
The space is dominated by a wonderful 20-meter long swimming pool with mounted bronze sculptures. The pool deck and the terrace will offer a variety of comfortable loungers with parasols where to unwind and work on a perfect tan. On one side of the pool is also an outdoor dining area with barbecue grill, a beautiful space where to organise amazing alfresco dinners.
Indoor living areas
Upon entering the beautiful roofed gate of the villa, the guests will find themselves on a stone pathway leading to the main living pavilion, a marvellous room characterised by a soaring, vaulted ceiling and wraparound glass walls offering spectacular views from every corner.
At one end we have the lounge area, a space fitted with a long L-shaped cream sofa, armchairs and a large flat screen Smart TV. In the middle of the living room is instead an impressive wooden dining table, while the other end is occupied by a gorgeous show kitchen with island bar and modern appliances, including a built-in wine cooler.
Bedrooms
The villa's four beautiful bedrooms are all located on the ground floor, at the garden and pool level, with the master suite occupying a separate pavilion.
All suites are extremely comfortable and each features a king size bed, a flat screen TV, a large wardrobe space, a fully-stocked mini-bar and an ensuite bathroom with double vanity and rain shower. The master bedroom also boasts a beautiful terrazzo bathtub.
Staff
The villa enjoys the services of the estate's dedicated and professional staff. The team includes a villa manager, housekeeping attendants, a skilled chef with assistants and 24-hour security guards. Additional staff, like babysitters, masseuses and yoga instructors, are also available upon request for an extra charge.
The staff will look after the guests and will organise any extra service they might request – from delicious meals to day trips and unforgettable excursions. A complimentary daily breakfast will also be served daily at the villa.

5/5Thank you so much, Bella, Blue and Oh for making the past 3 days at Panacea so amazing and memorable! The accommodations, pool, food and service exceeded all our expectations having been to such a spectacular wedding at the main villa. Bella, in particular looked after us attentively from our breakfast in the morning until 2 am at the wedding day. She was amazing! We will not forget our stay at Koh Samui!
