Description
Kampi Villas is a small complex comprising six modern 3-bedroom ocean-view villas. The properties are located in the beautiful hills of the Nusa Dua area, the perfect location for those looking to explore the amazing Bukit Peninsula, Bali’s southernmost region. The complex is about 10 minutes drive from the beautiful Gunung Payung Beach and the spectacular Pandawa Beach, but other amazing white sand beaches, including Nusa Dua, Melasti and Green Bowl, are also at a short driving distance.
The estate features three Upper Villas and three Lower Villas: the properties are almost identical in size and interior design, they only differ in the layout and in the positioning. The Upper Villas’ first floor features the main living area and the master bedroom, while the remaining bedrooms and the large ocean-view terrace are on the second floor. The Lower Villas have the guest bedrooms on the first floor, while the master suite and the dining/kitchen area are located on the second floor.
Outdoor living areas
Each villa of the complex boasts a beautiful and sparkling swimming pool, the perfect spot to relax and regenerate after a hectic day spent exploring this area or playing golf in one of the island's amazing courses.
All the units also have lovely balconies or terraces with breathtaking views over the Indian ocean.
Indoor living areas
Each villa features spacious and air-conditioned living areas, all characterised by large glass windows and beautiful views. The properties have a dining table, a well equipped kitchen and a lounge area.
Bedrooms
All bedrooms in Kampi Villas are spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The suites feature deluxe double beds, flat screen TVs and ensuite bathrooms.
Each villa has a larger master suite (which boasts a bathtub) and two spacious guest bedrooms.
Staff
The complex is serviced by an attentive and professional staff. The team will take care of any guest’s request and can arrange for special services, including transport, in-villa meals, in-villa massages and more.

great villa, clean and the staff is responsive and friendly. the location is close to other hotels or villas that provide place to hang from restaurant, beach club etc

5/5The villa was spacious and had very big pool that was great and private most of all. Service was wonderful with great staff that were extremely helpful, the breakfast was just above average but rice and noodles dishes were good. Very secluded and private as we got the last villa on the end with the super private pool which was exactly what we were looking for being in Nusa Dua area. The only downside that the road to get there is very difficult to drive on and small. Driving a scooter to the location should you be there for sometime is slightly hard but get used to it after going up and down once or twice. Overall would recommend with a better deal but can’t go wrong with this property, love every minute there!!
