One Waterfall Bay is a magnificent 6-bedroom villa located only a few minutes away from the amazing Kamala Beach, on Phuket's emerald west coast. The property is set on a lush headland estate with superb ocean views: a fantastic stretch of tropical coastline known as the Millionaires’ Mile and home to some of the most luxurious properties of the island.
Though the villa is tucked away on a tranquil headland and offers total privacy, thanks to its strategic position, it’s easy to reach all of Phuket’s attractions including fantastic white sand beaches, excellent restaurants, marinas, golf courses, spas and shopping centres.
Outdoor living areas
The outdoor spaces of this gorgeously designed retreat take full advantage of the magnificent ocean views and the lush tropical setting.
The huge pool terrace is perhaps the heart of the residence and the perfect space to unwind or spend unforgettable moments. Here guests can enjoy the fantastic 13-meter swimming pool, numerous sun loungers with parasols, the outdoor lounge corner with spectacular views and the covered outdoor dining area with seating for 14.
If this wasn't enough the villa also features a beautiful rooftop terrace with sweeping views!
Indoor living areas
One Waterfall Bay is a beautiful contemporary four-storey villa boasting a unique architecture. The main living areas are concentrated on level 2, adjoining the pool terrace. This floor comprises a large living room with sofas and glass sliding doors overlooking the pool, an elegant dining room with 14-seater table and billiard table, a professional modern kitchen and a beautiful cinema room fitted with comfortable seatings and a 90" projector screen.
For the ultimate relaxation time, on the top floor guests can find the amazing spa room with massage beds, jacuzzi and sauna.
Bedrooms
The villa has six amazing and comfortable bedrooms, all air-conditioned and with ensuite bathrooms.
The majestic Master Bedroom 1 is located on level 3, above the living floor, and it boasts a king size bed, a 60" flat screen TV, a separate living area, a large walk-through wardrobe, a private terrace with amazing sea views and a luxurious bathroom in marble and terrazzo with jacuzzi tub.
The Master Bedroom 2 is instead located on the lower level of the villa and features a unique circular design. This suite enjoys garden views and has a king size bed, a TV and a private bathroom with double vanity and a bathtub.
The villa also has three guest bedrooms, all featuring TVs and ensuite bathrooms with bathtubs. Two of these have been furnished with king size beds, and share a balcony with ocean view, and one has twin beds. Next to this suite is also an additional smaller bedroom fitted with a king size bed and serviced by a private bathroom with shower.
One Waterfall Bay can comfortably host 12 adults, plus 2 children which can use free of charge the two additional sofa beds that can be found in two of the suites.
Staff
On hand to assist the guests with all aspects of their stay is the exceptional villa's staff. The team comprises a villa manager, a Thai chef, maids and a complimentary driver with a nine-passenger vehicle. Included in the rate is also a delicious daily breakfast, while extra services, such as tour organisation, babysitter and spa treatments, can be easily arranged by the guest relations manager.
