Praana Residence is a spectacular 6-bedroom villa with 360-degree panoramic sea views located in Koh Samui, on the lush emerald hills above the popular Bophut town and the charming Fisherman’s Village.

This is a great location as guests will have within a 15-minute drive the international airport, the white-sanded Bophut beach, the iconic Big Buddha temple and the island's main touristic area, Chaweng and its fantastic beaches.However, circumnavigating the whole island by car takes just over an hour, so no attraction is very far away.

The villa is also part of an exclusive estate, the Panacea Retreat, which comprises five amazing properties, all with jaw-dropping views over the Gulf of Thailand and Samui's green hills.Praana Residence is the largest of these villas and the perfect choice for large family gatherings and groups of friends. Its grand size and breathtaking views makes it also perfect to organise unforgettable events, such as weddings and special anniversaries.

Outdoor living areas

Praana Residence's outdoor living spaces are simply extraordinary. The property has been designed to emphasise the spectacular panorama offered by this prime location. The uninterrupted views go from the north to the south of the coastline, and include Samui's beautiful mountains and the Anthong National Marine Park in the far distance.

These amazing spaces include a stunning 25-metre infinity-edge swimming pool, with a pool deck and terraces, set on different levels, fitted with several comfortable loungers, an amazing place where to relax while admiring the mesmerising panorama.

The outdoor areas also comprise an outdoor dining corner with barbecue, a lush garden with palm trees and a lawn perfect to host parties and special events, an amazing flood-lit tennis court and a unique open-air Muay Thai boxing ring!

Indoor living areas

The fantastic villa's interiors are all about luxury and design. All indoor spaces are characterised by a Thai-inspired architecture, warm wood floorings, tasteful wooden and rattan furniture, richly colourful fabrics and gorgeous Thai artworks.

The main living and dining area is located on the villa's top floor and offers spectacular views over the ocean and the pool below. This is a grand yet inviting space featuring a soaring cathedral ceiling with crystal chandeliers, a sumptuous lounge, a stylish dining table and a beautiful show kitchen with breakfast bar. On the ground level, opening onto the pool deck, is also a second lounge room.

Praana Residence is also a unique pleasure property without equals in Samui, with one entire floor dedicated to the guests' entertainment, health and fitness. This level comprises a nightclub room with karaoke, a wine cellar, 10-seater private cinema with Apple TV and over 1,000 movies, a game room with billiard table, a state-of-the-art gym, a massage room and children's game room.

In addition to these, the villa also offers a study/media room with library and a sauna!

Bedrooms

The villa features six gorgeous and luxurious bedrooms, three master suites and three guest suites that can host up to twelve guests (extra beds can also be arranged at an additional cost).

The master suite 1 is located on the top floor and occupies a separate pavilion adjacent to the main living and dining area. The bedroom features a king size bed with panoramic ocean views, a large wardrobe space, a flat-screen TV with quality sound system, an ensuite bathroom with rain shower and double vanity and a private rooftop garden with pool and terrazzo bathtub.

The master suite 2 is located on the same level but overlooks the back and Samui's spectacular mountains. This bedroom also features a king size bed, a bathroom with double vanity, a generous wardrobe, a flat screen TV and a private terrace with an oval lounge and a large round terrazzo bathtub.

The master suite 3 is instead found on the ground level, next to the swimming pool and the garden. This bedroom boasts a king size bed with ocean views, a wardrobe, a flat screen TV, an ensuite bathroom and a private terrace with bathtub.

On this floor we also have the remaining three guest suites. The bedrooms 4 and 5 feature king size beds, amazing sea-views, flat screen TVs and ensuite bathrooms with rain showers and tropical outdoor stone bathtubs.

The guest suite 6 has features the same, including a flat screen TV and a private bathroom with shower and stone bathtub, but it has been furnished with twin beds.

Staff

The villa enjoys the services of the estate's dedicated and professional staff. The team includes a villa manager, housekeeping attendants, a skilled chef with assistants and 24-hour security guards. Additional staff, like babysitters, masseuses, yoga, tennis or Muay Thai instructors, are also available upon request for an extra charge.

The staff will look after the guests and will organise any extra service they might request – from delicious meals to day trips and unforgettable excursions. A complimentary daily breakfast will also be served daily at the villa.
