Description
The Tawantok Beach Villas are two spectacular 5-bedroom beachfront villas located in the fantastic Lipa Noi, on the amazing Koh Samui's west coast.
This is one of the most beautiful and quietest beaches on the island, a lovely stretch of soft white sand overlooking the Gulf of Siam, perfect for families and travellers looking for a tranquil and unforgettable tropical stay. Lipa Noi is also conveniently located only 5 minutes away from Koh Samui's capital, Nanthol, while the more touristic Bophut and Chaweng, home of some of the best restaurants, boutiques and nightclubs of the island, are 50 minutes drive away.
Tawantok Beach Villas comprises two identical and adjacent villas, Tawantok Beach Villa 1 and Tawantok Beach Villa 2. The two properties can also be rented individually.
Outdoor living areas
The Tawantok Beach Villas are simply a tropical dream: with their absolute beachfront position it will offer guests the unique opportunity to wake up at the gentle sound of the waves slowly crashing on shore.
Positioned only a few meters from the ocean are the gorgeous infinity-edge swimming pools of the properties, which will leave the guests with the unsolvable dilemma of where to dive first. There aren't many villas in the world that can offer such a unique tropical experience.
Each property also features a lovely well-maintained garden with fragrant frangipani trees and exotic flowers and a fantastic beachside sala (Thai gazebo) with barbecue and table for unforgettable alfresco sunset dinners.
For more energetic guests, the villas also offer a beautiful tennis court, kayaks, stand-up paddle-boards and the equipment to play beach volleyball or beach soccer.
Indoor living areas
Tawantok Beach Villas pay tribute to their own country boasting a traditional architecture: every indoor space sits under an elegant Thai roof. Built mostly with quality timber, almost each indoor space is blessed with astonishing ocean views, thanks to large glass walls.
The gorgeous living areas are air-conditioned bright rooms, each comprising a huge wooden 12-seater dining table, a well-equipped open kitchen and a lounge area with comfortable sofas set in front of a large flat screen TV. Accessible from each living room, through lovely spiral staircases, are beautiful children's playrooms.
Bedrooms
Each villa offers five fantastic bedrooms, all air-conditioned and beautifully appointed.
Each master suite occupies its own private pavilion and overlooks the garden and the marvellous ocean. These bedrooms feature king size beds, lounge areas, dressing rooms with generous wardrobe space, massage beds and gorgeous ensuite bathrooms with rain showers and large bathtubs with sea views. From the rooms' lounge areas, via spiral staircases, we can also access the mezzanines, which have been fitted with queen size beds, making these suites perfect to host couples with kids.
Each villa has other four guest suites, which are positioned behind the living pavilions and the master bedrooms. Each suite has been furnished with a king size bed (one of these can also be turned into twin beds) and features a private bathroom with indoor/outdoor shower and twin vanities.
The villa can host in total 20 adults plus 6 children (4 in the mezzanine bedrooms and 2 in extra beds that can be set up free of charge).
Staff
The fantastic staff of the villas will offer a 5-star service and will assist the guests' every need full time. The team is led by a villa manager and includes a chef, housekeepers, maintenance and security guards. Additional staff can be arranged upon request (extra charge), such as babysitters, masseuses, drivers and yoga, Muay Thai or tennis instructors.
A lovely daily breakfast is included in the rate, while all other meals can also be prepared by the skilled villa's chef at groceries' cost.
