Outdoor living areas
The property’s exterior is defined by lush tropical gardens, exotic plants, and expansive manicured lawns. At its heart is a showstopping 16 meter infinity swimming pool that appears to merge with the ocean horizon, flanked by a wraparound timber deck dotted with sun loungers and circular woven chairs.
In addition to the main pool, guests can enjoy four private plunge pools tucked within individual bedroom gardens, as well as a shallow wading pool for children and a dedicated wedding platform for large scale celebrations.
Indoor living areas
The social core of the villa is a stately living pavilion featuring polished black terrazzo floors, oriental carpets, and bi fold glass doors that invite sea breezes. Adjacent is a grand dining room with a soaring vaulted roof and a royal wooden table capable of seating 15 guests under a statement chandelier.
For specialized entertainment, the villa offers an air conditioned media room with an 85 inch smart TV, a private wine cellar, and a dedicated wellness room with twin massage beds.

A highly professional and welcoming team provides 24/7 concierge level service, led by a Villa Manager and supported by a private chef, butlers, and 24 hour security. The talented in house chef specializes in family style Western and Asian cuisine, utilizing the villa's teppanyaki station and barbecue facilities.

We had the most amazing time at this villa, exceeded all expectations. Incredible staff, they are so friendly and welcoming, cooking amazing meals and keeping the place super clean and tidy. The view from the main pool area is so beautiful, and feels private and peaceful.
