The Shanti Residence is a magnificent seven bedroom luxury villa perched on a secluded hilltop in Nusa Dua, offering a serene "oasis of calm". Designed by award winning Balinese architect Popo Danes, the estate spans a massive 5,000 square meter site and harmoniously blends contemporary design with traditional heritage. Its commanding position on a bluff provides spectacular 180 degree views of the Indian Ocean, while its proximity to white sand beaches like Geger Beach and premium golf courses makes it a premier destination for large families, weddings, and high end retreats.
Outdoor living areas
The property’s exterior is defined by lush tropical gardens, exotic plants, and expansive manicured lawns. At its heart is a showstopping 16 meter infinity swimming pool that appears to merge with the ocean horizon, flanked by a wraparound timber deck dotted with sun loungers and circular woven chairs.
In addition to the main pool, guests can enjoy four private plunge pools tucked within individual bedroom gardens, as well as a shallow wading pool for children and a dedicated wedding platform for large scale celebrations.
Indoor living areas
The social core of the villa is a stately living pavilion featuring polished black terrazzo floors, oriental carpets, and bi fold glass doors that invite sea breezes. Adjacent is a grand dining room with a soaring vaulted roof and a royal wooden table capable of seating 15 guests under a statement chandelier.
For specialized entertainment, the villa offers an air conditioned media room with an 85 inch smart TV, a private wine cellar, and a dedicated wellness room with twin massage beds.

The residence accommodates up to 14 adults in seven luxurious ensuite suites, all featuring king size beds, plush rugs, and floor to ceiling glass doors. The rooms are spread across three distinct pavilions to ensure maximum privacy for large groups. Four of these suites boast their own private 6 meter plunge pools and relaxation bales, while others offer spacious balconies and private terraces. The bathrooms are equally opulent, designed as tropical sanctuaries with soaking tubs, garden showers, and deluxe amenities.

We had the most amazing time at this villa, exceeded all expectations. Incredible staff, they are so friendly and welcoming, cooking amazing meals and keeping the place super clean and tidy. The view from the main pool area is so beautiful, and feels private and peaceful.
