Villa Abiente is a gorgeous and modern 3-bedroom villa located in Cape Yamu on Phuket’s spectacular east coast. The property is part of an exclusive and secure complex, the Baan Yamu Estate, which comprises several other luxury accommodations, a restaurant with bar, one of the island’s largest swimming pools, and a well equipped gym available for guests.
The villa faces a beautiful marina, perfect for relaxing strolls or to hire kayaks and speedboats. This part of the island is also renowned for the tranquil bays, the lush forests, the rubber plantations and some of Phuket's best dining choices, including the restaurant Breeze at Cape Yamu, famous for its lazy Sunday brunches. If all of this wasn't enough, one of the main Thai attractions, the fantastic Phang Nga Bay, will be extremely easy to reach, thanks to the villa’s proximity to local marinas and piers.
Outdoor living areas
Villa Abiente boasts contemporary architecture, with clean geometric lines contrasting the lushness of the surroundings.
From its outdoor areas the property offers superb views over the ocean and the green hills. This space comprises a 12-meter infinity-edge swimming pool, a timber sundeck with loungers and a beautiful outdoor sunken lounge, to enjoy refreshing cocktails after a dip.
On the lower level the villa also features small well-manicured lawns.
Indoor living areas
Like the exterior design the villa's interiors are contemporary, bright and sleek. The gorgeous living area is a spacious and air-conditioned room surrounded by floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors opening onto the pool deck and enjoying fantastic sea views.
The space comprises a beautiful and modern show kitchen, an 8-seater dining table, a lounge area with an elegant grey sofa seating and a TV and a separate media room with TV and sofa bed.
On the ground floor the villa also features the staff's quarters and a Thai kitchen, where the talented in-villa chef will prepare the guests' meals.
Bedrooms
Villa Abiente's beautiful three bedrooms are all spacious, air-conditioned and fitted with comfortable queen-size beds and TVs.
The Master Suite and the Guest Bedroom 1 open onto the swimming pool area and they both enjoy amazing sea-views. The Guest Bedroom 2 is instead located just a few steps back from the pool.
All three bedrooms offer luxurious ensuite bathrooms, two with large bathtubs.
Staff
The professional and attentive staff will welcome guests into the villa and address any request and requirement they might have. The chef will provide sumptuous breakfasts and delicious Thai meals, while a knowledgeable villa manager will offer friendly assistance in the villa and arrange any extra request.
Facilities available for guest use within the Baan Yamu Estate include a restaurant, a bar, a well-equipped gym and an olympic-size swimming pool.

We had a very nice and special vacation experience here. We love the food of chef Jitty, especially the hot pot! And Bia is sweet and offers great hospitality. We will come back next year.
