Villa Akuvara is a stunning absolute beachfront 4 bedroom villa located right on the most beautiful beach in Koh Samui, the gorgeous Lipa Noi. This is a prime position, one of the quietest stretches of white sands of the island, offering amazing views of the Ang Thong National Marine Park and its islands.
Most of Samui's attractions also lie within easy reach by car. A must visit will surely be the Ang Thong National park, a cluster of gorgeous and heavily jungled islands sitting right in front of the villa.
The villa is only a few minutes from the nearest town, Nathon (good for some basic shopping or to get some kite surfing lessons) and 50 minutes from Chaweng, the island’s main city, renowned for its shopping, dining and nightlife scene.
Outdoor living areas
The fantastic garden of the villa lies only one step behind the stunning Lipa Noi Beach: position wise it doesn't get much better than this.
This beautiful outdoor space features a large swimming pool overlooking the ocean, a spacious wood-floored gazebo fitted with two comfortable day beds and a deck positioned between the pool and the main pavilion, offering four sun loungers, an alfresco dining table and a barbecue area.
The more adventurous guests will also enjoy the kayaks provided at the villa. Available are also equipments for beach football and beach volley.
Indoor living areas
The property's architecture is simple and modern, with large glass walls to take full advantage of the breathtaking ocean view.
The main living room is a bright space furnished with a large rattan sofa, positioned right in front of the pool deck. Behind this space is the media room fitted with a flat-screen Apple TV. On the upper level is also a study room with a view, furnished with a desk and two daybeds facing the ocean.
The villa also counts a comfortable dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, which will be the reign of the in-villa chef.
Bedrooms
Villa Akuvara features four beautiful and comfortable bedrooms. The Master suite is located in the pavilion next to the main living area and overlooks the ocean. This beautiful bedroom features a king size bed, a furnished verandah, a large wardrobe space, a TV with DVD player and an en-suite bathroom with rain shower and large outdoor tub.
The second bedroom is the Upstair Suite, located at the back of the property but on the upper level, therefore offering beautiful sea views. This suite features a king size bed, a TV, wardrobe space, a kitchenette with breakfast bar and an en-suite bathroom with rain shower and stand-alone bathtub.
The two remaining Guest Suites, one furnished with a king size bed and one with twin beds, are also very comfortable and feature closets and private bathrooms with showers.
Staff
The amazing and professional staff of the villa will look after the guests and their needs. The team comprises a villa manager, housemaids, a talented chef and nighttime security guards. The daily breakfast is included in the rate and many other extra services can be easily arranged by the villa staff.

Beautiful location with a fantastic staff. Our party had four adults and three children ages 5, 3, and 3. Between the sand toys, the pool, and the nicely shaded beach with swing and calm shallow water it was the perfect location to relax. Food was excellent and easily the best part of the trip for the adults. If you choose to go here, it's best to stay local and enjoy everything on the villa menu! Joy the manager took great care of us and provided us with tour excursions, shopping recommendations, grocery support, and everything else we could think of. I have stayed in multiple villas in Bali, Thailand, and the USA but this is the best one yet. If I am lucky enough I will try to return with more of my family!

5/5Our family stayed at Akuvara for our spring holiday. The villa is absolutely magnificent. The pictures are very accurate of the setting yet don't capture what it's like to be there. The layout of the different rooms ensures plenty of room and privacy for all, and the combination of the pool, deck, sala and beach are fantastic. If you've ever wanted to get away from it all and be pampered on a beautiful beach, this is the place for you. We got good use of the sea kayak, the beach was pristine and very uncrowded. The food was great, the staff were very accommodating of our needs. Quite a bit removed from the more, shall we say, 'colorful' parts of Samui, which was a good thing, but if you want to go into Lamai or Chaweng it's not too much of a bother.
