Villa Alice Dua is a lovely tropical 2-bedroom villa located right in the heart of the most touristic area of the island, the vibrant and sophisticated Seminyak. Less than 2 minutes walk will take the guests to the renowned Eat Street (Jalan Kayu Aya), one of the most central roads in Seminyak, famous for its collection of amazing restaurants, bars and cafes.
The colourful Seminyak beach and the popular Ku De Ta beach club are also within easy walking distance. This is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, a long stretch of golden sands that goes from Kuta to Canggu and that offers countless beach bars and some of the most fun surf spots in the island!
Outdoor living areas
The villa enjoys a gorgeous and lush tropical garden filled with exotic plants. A bean-shaped swimming pool is positioned at the center of this beautiful oasis and will offer the perfect place to regenerate and relax. Around the pool we also have four sun loungers and a comfortable cushioned gazebo.
Thanks to its well-manicured lawn this large garden is perfect for families with young children looking to play games and spend unforgettable moments.
Indoor living areas
The beautiful and well furnished main living area of the property is found in the open-side pavilion with high ceilings that overlooks the colourful garden with pool. This large and comfortable space comprises a lounge area furnished with beautiful cream sofas positioned in front of a flat screen TV, a 6-seater wooden dining table and a fully equipped kitchen fitted with modern amenities.
Bedrooms
Villa Alice Dua offers two large and spacious bedrooms located in an independent pavilion. Both suites are beautiful and feature air conditioning, four-poster king size beds, TVs with DVD player and gorgeous en-suite bathrooms with elegant bathtubs and custom-built basins.
Staff
The professional and full-time staff will provide excellent service and will be happy to organise extra services or assist the guests in anything they need. The team comprises housekeepers, a gardener and security guards. A delicious daily breakfast is also included in the rate!

All good, a very comfortable stay. The villa is very well positioned to get around Seminyak and the beach is walkable. Staff were very helpful and courteous and dealt with all of our needs. Only feedback breakfast could have a little more variety. As described by others this is a nice quiet spot in a busy town.
