Villa Alice Satu is a beautiful tropical 2-bedroom villa located right in the heart of the most touristic area of the island, the vibrant and sophisticated Seminyak. A really short walk will take the guests to the bustling Eat Street (Jalan Kayu Aya), one of the most visited roads in Seminyak, famous for its collection of amazing restaurants, bars, boutiques and cafes.
The colourful Seminyak beach and the popular Ku De Ta beach club are also within easy walking distance. This is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, a long stretch of golden sands that goes from Kuta to Canggu and that offers countless beach bars and some of the most fun surf waves in the island!
Outdoor living areas
The villa enjoys a beautiful and spacious tropical garden filled with exotic plants. A free form swimming pool is positioned at the center of this delightful oasis, the perfect place to regenerate and relax. Around the pool we also have four sun loungers and a comfortable cushioned gazebo.
Thanks to its well-manicured lawn this large garden is perfect for families with young children looking to play games and spend unforgettable moments.
Indoor living areas
The beautiful and well furnished main living area of the property occupies the open-side pavilion with high ceilings that overlooks the colourful garden with pool. This large and comfortable space comprises a lounge area furnished with beautiful white couches positioned in front of a flat screen TV, a 6-seater wooden dining table and a fully equipped open style kitchen fitted with modern amenities.
Bedrooms
Villa Alice Satu offers two large and spacious bedrooms positioned on each side of the living room. Both suites are beautiful and feature air conditioning, four-poster king size beds, living areas fitted with sofas and TVs with DVD player, large patio doors connecting to the garden and gorgeous en-suite bathrooms with elegant bathtubs and custom-built basins.
Staff
The professional and full-time staff will provide excellent service and will be happy to organise extra services or assist the guests in anything they need. The team comprises housekeepers, a gardener and security guards. A delicious daily breakfast is also included in the rate!

The Villa was amazing, in a great location in Seminyak but still very private and quiet. The pool is awesome and works well. The staff and manager are extremely polite and make sure you feel at home in their villa. The only issue I had was the bed was a bit hard but still slept every night. 10/10 experience and will return to Villa Alice when in Seminyak! Thank you to everyone that made our stay so great!
