The property is part of the Anandathu Villas estate, a peaceful enclave of four private villas, which can be rented together or separately.
Pererenan is one of Bali’s most charming coastal villages, a peaceful blend of rice fields, surf culture, and refined cafés. Just next to Canggu but far quieter, it attracts those who want a more laid-back, authentic atmosphere without losing access to great restaurants, stylish boutiques, and beachside sunsets. With scenic black-sand beaches, trendy eateries, and a relaxed community vibe, Pererenan offers the perfect balance between nature and lifestyle.
Outdoor living areas
Outside, the villa is embraced by lush tropical greenery that enhances its calm, secluded atmosphere. The private plunge pool lies on a teak deck and is accompanied by two large bean-bag chairs, creating an intimate space for soaking up the sun or relaxing by the water.
Indoor living areas
Inside, Villa Arthya presents a soothing enclosed living and dining area filled with teakwood furnishings, including curved armchairs and a comfortable sofa facing a 40-inch TV. A rectangular dining table seats four, while a modern kitchen includes a breakfast bar with two stools, making it easy to prepare light meals or enjoy continental breakfasts.
Full-height glass doors slide open to invite in tropical breezes, or you can close them to relax in air-conditioned comfort.
Bedrooms
Villa Arthya has two beautifully designed bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, its own balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with twin basins, a walk-in shower, and a freestanding bathtub. The second bedroom is equally elegant, with a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower. Both rooms are air-conditioned and open to the tropical surroundings through large windows.

Villa Arthya offers attentive service with daily housekeeping and a complimentary continental breakfast included in your stay. Additional services such as a private chef, car and driver, or in-villa spa and massages are available on request. The villa is supported by a full-time team, including a villa manager, three butlers, and night security.
