Description
Villa Bale Agung is a majestic 5 bedroom villa located in the southernmost part of the island, in the unspoilt neighbourhood of Pandawa Beach. The gorgeous property is part of the Karang Saujana complex, perched over a cliff in the Bukit Peninsula, and offers breathtaking views over the Indian Ocean, panorama that dominates every communal space of the villa.
Also known as Secret Beach, Pandawa is a gorgeous and still relatively unknown spot, arguably one of Bali’s best beaches. Not far from here are also the renowned Uluwatu temple, one of the island most important and visited temples, world class surf breaks (like Uluwatu itself, Padang Padang and Balangan) and the famous beachfront seafood restaurants of Jimbaran. Guests that instead wish to venture further afield can take a day trip to the most touristic area in Bali, the stylish Seminyak and the party town of Kuta.
Outdoor living areas
The centrepiece of this property is the spectacular and extensive garden overlooking the ocean, the perfect place to relax enjoying spectacular views or to hold special events like weddings. The space features an amazing infinity pool surrounded by sun loungers, an alfresco dining table, and an Alang Alang topped balè (gazebo) with lounge seatings set at the edge of the garden and offering the most spectacular view.
Indoor living areas
Inside we find the fully air-conditioned main living and dining room, an amazing space that offers dramatic clifftop views of the Indian Ocean. This spacious room has been stylishly furnished and features comfortable sofas and a 10 seater dining table. At the front of the villa, set in its own stand-alone pavilion surrounded by ornamental ponds, guests can also enjoy a beautiful and fully air-conditioned media room.
Bedrooms
Villa Bale Agung offers five beautiful and luxurious bedrooms, all fitted with air-conditioning, LED TVs, phones and a safety deposit boxes. Three of the suites are situated on the main floor, while the other two are found on the lower floor, opening onto the amazing garden.
The gorgeous master suite boasts a stunning terrace with view. This spacious room also features an high Alang Alang ceiling, a king size bed, sumptuous sofas and a huge ensuite with a tub, indoor and outdoor showers and double vanity units. On the same level there are two other ensuite bedrooms furnished with king size beds (also convertible in twins) and marble bathrooms.
The remaining two bedrooms, located at garden level, can also be configured as either king size or twin and offer an amazing ocean view.
Staff
Villa Bale Agung comes with a team of professional and accommodating staff, which will deliver an outstanding service. The team is lead by a villa manager and includes a day time butler, a talented chef and maids. Breakfast is included in the rate and priced lunch and dinner menus are also available. The cook can also easily accommodate special requests.
