Villa Chada is a stunning 6-bedroom villa located on a gorgeous and lush hillside, a stretch of land known as the Millionaire’s Mile, where the views of the splendid Andaman Sea are true perfection.
This beautiful ocean-front property is part of the extraordinary Laemson Estate, which overlooks the northern end of Kamala Bay on the west coast of Phuket. Close by are several international resorts offering fine dining options and a beautiful beach cove ideal for snorkelling or fishing. The amazing Kamala Beach is only three kilometres away, while further south along the coast is Patong, renowned for its bustling nightlife and shopping extravaganza. Thanks to the strategic position of the villa, guests will also have easy access to most of the island's other attractions and beaches.
Outdoor living areas
Characterised by a classic Thai design, with standalone pavilions scattered within a gorgeous tropical garden, Villa Chada boasts a commanding position and spectacular views of the ocean.
The beautiful exotic gardens feature manicured lawns, lotus ponds and tall casuarina trees. At the center of it is an amazing 16-metre free-form infinity swimming pool framed by a timber solarium furnished with stylish double sun loungers and parasols. This is the perfect spot to relax and build unforgettable memories within family and friends.
Indoor living areas
Pitched ceilings, wide glass sliding doors, polished hardwood floors, beautiful antique furniture, Asian artworks and intricate wood carvings: Villa Chada's interiors definitely overflow with character.
The main living areas are divided into three separate pavilions. We have the lounge room with fantastic ocean-view, large comfortable sofas and flat screen TV with DVD player: the best place to relax in the hottest hours, watch a movie or simply socialise and spend fun moments together. The beautiful and spacious dining room occupies another gorgeous pavilion, also offering spectacular views over the ocean, for unforgettable dinners.
Bedrooms
The villa features six beautiful and air-conditioned bedrooms.
The master suite is located next to the pool and overlooks the glistening ocean. This is the largest bedroom, a gorgeous space furnished with antique furniture and a king size bed with stunning wooden carved paneling headboard. The suite also features a TV, wide glass sliding doors leading out to a large wraparound private balcony, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, a shower and twin vanity.
Situated on a lower level, underneath the master suite, are Guest Bedrooms 1 and 2. Both suites feature floor-to-ceiling windows with sea view, small sofas and ensuite bathroom with a shower. One has been furnished with a queen size bed, while the other one has twin beds.
Guest Bedrooms 3 and 4 are instead located on the garden level and are perfect to host couples with kids as they have a connecting door. Both suites have large windows overlooking the garden and the ocean, wardrobes, sofas and private bathrooms with bathtub and shower. Also in this case the bedrooms have been furnished one with a queen size bed and one with two single beds.
Situated on a lower level, below the dining room, we have the sixth bedroom, also called the Mini Master Suite. This spacious and comfortable room features a queen size bed, a private terrace with mesmerising ocean view, a TV, a sofa and a beautiful ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower.
Staff
The professional and attentive staff of the villa will offer exceptional service. The team comprises a villa manager, 24-hour security guards, maids and a private chef ready to create delicious dishes. Additional services such as babysitting, in-villa massages and transportation can be easily arranged by the staff upon request.
