Located just a short walk or buggy ride down the hill, Nai Thon Beach is a tropical paradise: a pristine one-kilometer-long stretch of powder-soft sand set on Phuket’s tranquil northwest coast, perfect for tanning, swimming, snorkeling, stand-up paddling or just relaxing. This unspoiled part of the island boasts a peaceful atmosphere and numerous hidden coves and beaches waiting to be discovered along the coast.
This slice of paradise is also just nine kilometers away from the island's international airport and from many Phuket hot spots, including golf courses, spas, beach clubs and fantastic restaurants, all within easy reach.
For larger groups the Malaiwana Estate offers, in addition to this villa, other fantastic holiday rental options, including the 4-bedroom Penthouse, Patio Duplex and Duplex apartments, and three other stunning villas: the 4-bedroomed Villa Rodnaya, the 5-bedroomed Villa M and the 6-bedroom Villa Haleana. The latter is the largest property of the estate and can host events for up to 80 guests. All residences and villas have private swimming pools and breathtaking Andaman Sea views.
Outdoor living areas
As per most Thai tropical properties, Villa Chan Paa design puts emphasis on the outdoor area and on its traditional pitched roofs. The villa's commanding position, high on a lush hill, will allow guests to enjoy jaw-dropping views from almost every corner.
The fantastic terrace of the villa features a 15-meter infinity swimming pool, sun loungers positioned on a wraparound deck and a gorgeous "sala" (traditional Thai gazebo) fitted with a daybed, an eight-seater round dining table and a separate barbecue kitchen.
Positioned over the master bedroom pavilion and accessible via a lovely spiral staircase, the property also boasts a furnished sunset viewing terrace.
Indoor living areas
The beautiful main living area of the villa occupies the spacious and bright open-plan pavilion overlooking the pool and the magnificent ocean through floor-to-ceiling glass doors. The room is characterized by a high roof, the use of bold colors, gorgeous original artworks and custom-made furniture.
This space comprises an elegant lounge area with comfy sofas and a TV, an eight-seater dining table and a fully equipped modern kitchen with a breakfast bar and stools.
On the lower level the villa also features a beautiful media room with an 86" TV, and an ocean-view fitness room fitted with a 65" TV, cardio machines, weights and yoga mats.
Villa Chan Paa is equipped with a baby cot, a high chair, toys and games, and it also has an elevator connecting the two main floors, making it the ideal holiday home for multi-generational families.
Bedrooms
The villa has four gorgeous and air-conditioned bedrooms, all boasting 50" Smart TVs, jaw-dropping ocean views through floor-to-ceiling glass doors, desks, chairs, built-in closets and beautiful king size beds.
The larger of the suites is the Master Bedroom, which is located on the upper level and opens onto the pool deck. This gorgeous room has a spacious dressing room with wardrobes and a stunning ensuite bathroom featuring double vanities, a black-stone bathtub and a rain shower with sea views and access to the pool deck.
On the lower floor we have the three Guest Bedrooms, all featuring balconies with stunning views. Two of the guest suites have ensuite bathrooms with showers, while the larger of the three boasts a fantastic private bathroom with a bidet, double sinks, a soaking bathtub and a rain shower with ocean views.
Staff
The professional staff of the villa will provide an exceptional service and will be available full time to address any request the guests might have. The team comprises a villa manager, maids and a talented Thai chef. Additional staff such as nannies/babysitters, masseuses and drivers are available upon request at extra charge.
