Villa Feronia is a spectacular 4 bedroom villa part of the luxury Karang Saujana Estate, located in Bali’s southernmost area, the amazing Bukit Peninsula. This is one of the most beautiful part of the island, still relatively unspoilt and rural, and will allow guests to experience a different side of Bali. The closest beach is the gorgeous Pandawa, also known as Secret Beach due to its hidden positioned, as it is located behind beautiful limestone cliffs.
The villa sits over the cliff overlooking Pandawa and will offer breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean. The most amazing white sand beaches of the island, along with world class surf spots, are all found in the Bukit Peninsula, places such as Nusa Dua, Uluwatu, Balangan and Dreamland, are all at an easy driving distance!
Guests that instead wish to venture further afield can take a day trip to the most touristic areas in Bali, the stylish Seminyak, the party town of Kuta and the hipster Canggu.
Outdoor living areas
Villa Feronia features a spectacular outdoor area. The property is spread over two floors, with a stunning infinity swimming pool dominating the outdoor upper level, the perfect space to admire the breathtaking panorama. Next to the pool is a beautiful white stone terrace featuring an outdoor dining table and sun loungers with parasols.
On the lower level is instead the landscaped garden with shaded furnished patio and beautiful lawns, another amazing space to relax and spend quality time together.
Indoor living areas
The entrance of the villa is located on the upper floor and will lead guests to an elegant and warm living area with soaring wooden ceilings, beautifully furnished with cream sofas and armchairs. On this same level is also a second comfortable living corner with amazing view over the ocean and an air-conditioned media room with bathroom.
The second living area is instead located on the lower floor. This air-conditioned space features a fully equipped designer kitchen and a thick wooden dining table. The room opens up over a small patio furnished with a daybed and overlooks the beautifully manicured garden of the villa.
Bedrooms
Villa Feronia offers four comfortable and luxurious bedrooms, all fitted with air-conditioning and flat screen TVs. Upstairs, next to the main living area guest will find two beautiful bedrooms. The master suite is a corner room with large glass doors overlooking over the terrace on one side, and the Indian Ocean on the other. The bedroom features a couch, a desk, a king sized bed and an ensuite with rain shower and romantic bathtub. Next to this suite is the second bedroom, fitted with double bed and featuring a private bathroom.
Downstairs the villa hosts other two bedrooms, both featuring twin beds (that can be easily converted into double beds) and facing the garden through large sliding glass doors. Each suite has its own private bathroom with shower.
Staff
The property features a team of professional and accommodating staff, which will deliver an outstanding service. The team is lead by a villa manager and includes a day time butler and maids. Breakfast is included in the rate and priced lunch and dinner menus are also available. A cook can also easily be arranged (extra cost).
