The property is part of The Asmara Estate and is beautifully positioned just 20 metres above a stunning beach, a spot ringed by a coral reef, therefore safe for swimming, especially at high tide. The luxury resort enclave of Nusa Dua, with its white sand beach, 5-star resorts, amazing shops and world renowned restaurants, is a mere five kilometres away.

This spectacular three-storey villa is characterised by a contemporary style, gorgeous interiors and a mix of fantastic indoor and outdoor spaces, the perfect accommodation for those large groups of friends or families looking for a luxurious holiday in one of the most beautiful and secluded areas of Bali.

Outdoor living areas

Upon entering the property guests will be greeted by a mesmerising view over the Indian Ocean and a stunning 16 meters long infinity swimming pool. The outdoor area of the villa offers everything to make the guests’ stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. The beautiful i ronwood pool deck features extralarge sun loungers, a large shaded relaxation pavilion, a poolside sitting area with all-weather sofa, chairs and coffee table and an amazing alfresco dining table positioned under a pergola.

Indoor living areas

The main living area is found on the ground floor and overlooks the pool area through large floor-to-ceiling glass doors. This beautiful and contemporary designed space is air-conditioned and features a lounge corner with large comfortable sofa, a 65” TV with DVD player, a formal dining table for 12 and a modern kitchen with breakfast area. The amazing a ir-conditioned entertainment room is instead found on the first floor and offers a bar, a billiard table and an integrated home theatre set with comfortable armchairs and couch, 65” flat screen TV, Blu-ray player, karaoke machine and Playstation 4. On this same level is also a well equipped gym, an infrared sauna and a spa corner with massage beds. A third living area located on the top floor and featuring air-conditioning, sofas and a spectacular ocean view balcony, completes the amazing indoor spaces of the villa.

Bedrooms

Villa Grand Cliff Nusa Dua counts five gorgeous bedrooms, all beautifully furnished and boasting king size beds (except for one featuring twin beds) and flat screen TVs with DVD player. All suites are serviced by private bathrooms, all featuring rain showers; three with also beautiful tubs and one, the so-called Honeymoon suite, boasting a Jacuzzi.

Staff

The professional team of staff will be on hand to look after every possible guests’ need and will offer a 5-star service. The team is lead by a villa manager and includes maids, a private chef and security. In the rate is also included a complimentary chauffeur-driven car.
