Description

Villa Hana and Villa Asante are two beautiful and contemporary 4 bedroom villas located only 550 meters from Echo Beach and set amidst the gorgeous rice fields of Canggu.

This hipster village on Bali’s south-western coast is arguably one of the most sought-after location of the island. The area is noted for its powerful surf breaks, laid-back vibe, organic cafes, renowned dining options and a lively social scene.

Those seeking brighter lights, more shopping options and late nights clubs can head to the neighbouring Seminyak and Kuta, only 30 minutes drive away.

Villa Hana

This lovely villa is characterised by a perfect balance between open-air living and air-conditioned comfort. Outdoor the refreshing swimming pool is protected by a line of beautiful tall palm trees and runs the length of the villa. The comfortable sun loungers positioned on each end of the pool will be ideal to unwind and soak in the gorgeous Balinese sun.

A lovely BBQ area with dining table and a pergola facing the courtyard garden, complete the beautiful outdoor areas of the villa and are the perfect spots to organise alfresco picnics, where guests can enjoy the chef’s freshly-cooked creations!

The main living area is set in huge split-levelled space with Javanese vaulted roof. The open-plan fan-cooled living faces the lovely pool and features over-sized sofas, modern furniture, contemporary artwork and ottomans.

The dining area, fitted with a large dining table for 10 and rattan chairs, is set on the rear of the living space and it’s connected to the outdoor pergola with seating area. The modern and well-equipped kitchen is also connected to the dining space and will be the in-villa chef reign.

The property also boasts an air-conditioned home theatre room with 52” TV, DVD player, extra-large sofa and Play Station 2. This space can also be converted into an extra bedrooms, as it can fit up to 4 additional beds.

There are four comfortable and spacious ensuite bedrooms at Villa Hana, all equipped with air-conditioning, walk-in closets, 32” flat screen TVs, DVD players and iPod docks. The master suite has a king size bed, glass sliding doors opening onto a private riverside terrace and a spacious bathroom with twin basins, rain shower and bathtub. Next to this room we find the children’s bedroom which is fitted with 4 bunk beds, floor cushions, a private terrace and ensuite bathroom.

The remaining two bedrooms flank the living area and have king size beds and bathrooms with double vanity and rain shower.

Villa Asante

The amazing outdoor grounds of the villa are characterised by a beautiful tropical garden with wide manicured lawns, ideal for outdoor games or special event parties like weddings. The beautiful T-shaped swimming pool will be the kids favorite, as it incorporates a well sized shallow section for them to splash about. The l arge, cushioned bale elevated above the pool and the eight comfy sun loungers positioned on both sides of it, will be ideal places to unwind and rest in utter peace.

The single-story pavilions positioned symmetrically on either side of the pool host the beautiful living and dining areas. Cooled by ceiling fans and natural breezes, the living pavilion is furnished with beautiful cream-coloured sofas and a 42” satellite-channel TV with DVD player and Bose sound system. Floating stones positioned over the pool lead to the spacious dining pavilion with teak table and adjoining modern American kitchen. The villa offers also an air-conditioned entertainment room featuring a 40” flat-screen TV with DVD player and a PS3, which can be used either as a playroom for the kids, or for the family to watch a movie.

The two-storey pavilion positioned behind the open living room houses the four gorgeous bedrooms of the villa. On the ground floor we have the two master bedrooms, both featuring k ing size beds, 29” satellite TV with DVD player, glass doors leading onto stone terraces and beautiful ensuite tropical bathrooms with tubs, twin basins and indoor or outdoor showers. Upstairs a king and a twin bedroom (convertible to a king) enjoy the lovely garden view from the balcony and feature 32” satellite TVs and ensuite bathroom with monsoon shower. The twin bedroom also offers trundle beds for extra children located under each of the single beds.

Staff

The professional and friendly staff of the villas will assist guests with every extra service they might need. The staff is composed of a villa manager, maids, butlers, a talented chef, maintenance team, a driver and security guards.

There is nothing to fault Villa Hana. A massive home. Beautifully decorated. Awesome staff and only a short walk to cafes and echo beach. For 6 surfers pushing 50 this was paradise !

Four of us stayed at this home for 4 nights at the end of our trip in Bali. It is in the perfect location, less than 10 min walk to Echo Beach- close to many stores, restaurants, etc. The house itself is beautiful!!! What is really so nice about this place is Putu and his staff. They were the nicest people we meet in Bali. They are so kind and willing to help you with anything. He helped arrange many things for us. All the meals cooked by the chef there were delicious. We spent a lot of our days around the pool- all of the outdoor furniture is so comfortable. The nicest place I have ever stayed in!! Highly recommend to anyone!
