Villa Ipanema is a gorgeous 5 bedroom villa boasting a beautiful ethnic design and amazing decorations. The villa is located in the beautiful village of Batu Beling, extremely close to both Seminyak and Canggu, and just a couple of minutes stroll away from the beautiful Berawa Beach. This area is increasingly gaining popularity between both tourists and expats and offers numerous dining and shopping options. The famous Finns Recreation Club, with its amazing sport facilities and recreational areas, it’s a mere 5 minutes drive away, while a 10 minutes drive will take you to the Seminiak’s Eat Street and Jalan Petitenget.
Living areas
The outdoor living area is a gorgeous space decorated with lush tropical plants and featuring a beautiful swimming pool and an amazing balé, just perfect to relax and recharge your batteries after a long day spent exploring this magical island. The beautiful living area overlooks this gorgeous space and features rustic furnitures, ethnic decorations and modern amenities. The space comprises a lounge area with comfortable sofas set in front of a LED TV, a beautiful dining table and a fully equipped kitchen on the back. On the upper floor you will also have another gorgeous lounge area furnished with comfy sofas and overlooking the pool, the perfect place to enjoy and share unforgettable moments with your friends or family.
Bedrooms
All villa’s five bedrooms are absolutely gorgeous and tastefully furnished. Each bedroom features air-conditioning, a king size bed, LED TV with DVD player and a daybed. Three of them are located on the ground floor, with one smaller in size tucked behind the balé, and two upstairs. The larger rooms downstairs feature large daybeds which can sleep two children, while the other three are equipped with smaller versions which could potentially sleep one child. All five en-suite bathrooms boast a beautiful tropical design and feature stone bathtubs (all but one, which has a shower).
Staff
The professional staff of the villa will take care of all your needs. The team is composed by security guards, two maids and a butler. Breakfast is served daily and any other kind of service can be arranged easily by the staff.

We holidayed with 2 other families and had a magnificent stay. The bathrooms are spectacular, unbelievable is luxury and size. The kids had a great time and the location is perfect for Canngu and Seminyak shopping if you wish. Pitu was a fantastic host and the service was superb. We will be back !

5/5Luxurious villa. Conveniently located, walking distance to shops for necessities and to La Lagoona restaurant on beach. Great villa for family groups. Our stay was made even better by the staff who were friendly and polite and always ready to help with any needs we had. Thank you to all, for looking after us while there. Had an awesome stay.
