Description

Villa Istana Satu is a charming 2 bedrooms tropical villa with a prime location in the heart of Seminyak. The villa is situated a mere 5 minute walk from the main street, Jl. Raya Seminyak, close to the popular Bintang Supermarket. The famous Dhyana Pura street, with its bustling music and live shows, and Double Six street, famous for its numerous beach clubs and stunning sunsets, are at walking distance from the villa. The area is also packed with renowned restaurants, cafè, art galleries and spas.

Outside Area

This beautiful villa features a lovely and lush tropical garden, a large swimming pool and a comfortable gazebo. This outdoor area, combined with the tropical and yet contemporary architecture of the villa and its tasteful decor, will provide the perfect setting for you to relax and spend quality time with your loved ones.

Living Area

First thing you’ll notice upon entering the villa is the open space style of the living area, the high ceilings, the marble floors and the abundance of natural light. This space is composed of a lounge corner with sofas and satellite TV, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. This living area faces the beautiful and manicured tropical garden that surrounds the residence but can be closed through floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, might you prefer to enjoy the refreshing air conditioning.

Bedrooms

Villa Istana Satu offers two comfortable bedrooms and can accommodates four guests. Both bedrooms comprise high ceilings, comfy double beds, air-conditioning, flat screen TVs and en-suites bathrooms with rain showers. The master bedroom also features a large bathtub.

The villa is served by a professional and friendly staff. The manager and his team will always be on hand to address any inquiries you may have and will assist you in order to make your stay in the villa as relaxing as possible.

Lovely villa just 1 minute walk from Seminyak Road. Great location to shops, taxis and restaurants. Tiny laneway from Seminyak Road which prevents car access... the plus is that the villa is quiet from traffic noises, downside is that luggage needs to be shuttled to the villa by hand. However the staff and driver are there to assist with any baggage you may have. Nicely laid out villa, beautiful gardens and outdoor space. Wonderful Dwi and the rest of the villa staff made sure that our stay was comfortable and they were very accommodating to any requests we had. Overall it was a pleasure to stay at Villa Istana Satu. Suksma and we will definitely be in touch again for our next trip to beautiful Bali!
