Villa Joss is a luxury 4 bedroom villa located in the village of Batubeling, few minutes away from both the vibrant Seminyak and the peaceful Canggu. Batubelig in the last few years has flourished as a shopping and dining haven, with an abundance of small fashion boutiques and jewelry shops. There are plenty of local warungs within easy walking distance of the villa and the famous Métis restaurant, as well as the new Mozaic Beach Club are a mere 5 minute walk away. The beautiful and peaceful beach of Batubeling is only 100 meters away from the villa and will be the perfect place to admire the breathtaking Balinese sunsets or to ride a few fun waves.
Living Areas
Villa Joss is a gorgeous residence designed by one of Bali’s most famous architects (the popular KuDeTa is one of his work). The simple and modern style of the villa is balanced by tropical and balinese elements, natural materials and magnificent pieces of Indonesian art. The outdoor area of the villa is an amazing space filled with luxury facilities. You will enjoy a large and beautiful garden, a lovely swimming pool with Jacuzzi and a gorgeous balé pavilion equipped with quality sound system, large dining table, cushioned corner and 45” flat screen TV.
The indoor living spaces are as amazing as the outdoors. The air-conditioned living pavilion comprises a lounge corner with gorgeous sofas, a teak dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and stools. Another perfect place to spend a great time together is the media room, an air-conditioned space equipped with massive TV, DVD player, BOSE sound system, kids play area and an L-shaped desk, perfect for those who still need to work while on vacation. Another professional kitchen is situated on the back of the living pavilion, this space will be the reign of Villa Joss’s talented chefs.
Bedrooms
The villa features four amazing bedrooms, all equipped with air-conditioning, 42” LCD TVs, lounge and dressing areas, comfortable king size beds (except for one that has twin beds) and luxurious en-suite bathrooms with walk-in rain showers. The bedrooms are located in a two-storey building, each floor housing two rooms.

The villa is serviced by a highly professional staff that will assist you in every detail. Whether you are looking for in-villa massages, transport, tours or any other service, just ask to the butler and he/her will make it happen! Very beautiful and large villa. You will be prepared that 2-3 staffs will stay with you inside the villa. The staffs cooked and prepared free breakfast there. They were very kind and helpful which made us feel more comfortable. I suggest you stay here with group of 5 and up. Location is perfect.
