Villa Josuloma spans three distinct pavilions, each with carefully designed spaces for relaxation and entertainment. The main entrance pavilion houses the living and dining areas, a modern kitchen, and a media room. To the left, the villa features a beautiful master suite on the upper level and two interconnected bedrooms below, all with ensuite bathrooms. On the right pavilion, guests will find a master suite with a mini-gym on the ground floor, along with two connecting bedrooms on the upper floor and a rooftop terrace complete with comfortable sofas and a spacious daybed—ideal for enjoying views across Seminyak.
The property can be seamlessly connected to the adjacent, equally luxurious 5-bedroom Villa Nilaya, creating an unmatched 11-bedroom retreat in Seminyak at Villa Josuloma.
Outdoor living areas
Surrounded by a lush, manicured garden with swaying palms, the outdoor space at Villa Josuloma is an inviting haven. A large swimming pool sits at the center, bordered by a deck with an alfresco dining area seating ten and a BBQ grill. On the opposite side, guests can unwind in cozy wicker chairs for leisurely gatherings.
Three poolside sunbeds, including one double lounger with sun umbrellas, offer the perfect place to soak up the Balinese sunshine.
Additionally, a rooftop terrace with sofas and an arched wooden roof provides a shaded retreat with ceiling fans for extra comfort.
Indoor living areas
Through glass sliding doors, guests are welcomed into the villa’s open-plan living and dining areas. Furnished with plush grey sofas, a wooden 8-seater dining table, and adorned with elegant wall art, these spaces create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Nearby, the chef’s kitchen features a breakfast bar with four stools, perfect for casual dining.
For entertainment, the villa offers a media room with a large L-shaped sofa facing a 65” TV and a writing desk in one corner.
Guests can also enjoy a mini-gym equipped with weights, yoga mats, and a wall mirror for stretching and fitness routines.
Bedrooms
Each of the six beautifully designed bedrooms at Villa Josuloma comes with a private ensuite bathroom, 44” flat-screen TV, writing desk, and large mirror, along with blackout curtains and built-in wardrobes.
The first master suite in the left pavilion has a four-poster bed on polished wooden floors beneath an arched ceiling, with a cozy window seat, writing desk, and veranda overlooking the garden and pool. In the right pavilion, the second master suite features a king-size bed, writing desks, and an ensuite with a freestanding bath and outdoor shower courtyard.
On the left pavilion, Guest Bedrooms 1 and 2 can be connected through a door and configured as either a king-size or twin bed setup.
On the right pavilion, Guest Bedrooms 3 and 4 are also interconnected and feature king-size four-poster beds with netting canopies. Each room includes a writing desk, a wall-mounted TV, and ample built-in wardrobe space adjacent to the bathroom doors.

Villa Josuloma’s attentive team is committed to providing a memorable experience for guests. The dedicated staff includes a villa manager, butlers for morning and afternoon service, a private chef, and garden and pool attendants.
Guests are welcomed by the villa supervisor, and the butlers ensure rooms are refreshed with an evening turn-down service. The villa’s private chef prepares breakfast, lunch, and dinner, collaborating with guests each morning to curate an exceptional culinary experience for the day.
