Villa Kaja is a beautiful tropical 4 bedroom villa located right in the heart of the most touristic town in Bali, the vibrant Seminyak. The property is found at the end of a private short lane and will offer a serene environment even though positioned meters away from Jalan Raya Seminyak. Guests will have countless restaurants and mini mart just at their doorsteps and the famous Double Six beach, popular within surfers and sun lovers, is only 10 minutes walk away.

Outdoor living areas
Upon entering the villa guests will be welcomed by a gorgeous lush tropical garden, a large space characterised by tall trees and exotic plants. This area boasts a lovely swimming pool surrounded by a wooden pool deck, sun loungers, traditional statues, and an outdoor shower. Every element of this space has been thought to make the guests holiday as relaxing and authentic as possible.
This is also one of the very few villas in Bali that are animal friendly and has its own in-house pets; guests will share the garden with Momo the beaver, Gihat and Angel the indoor dogs, Speedy the turtle and Gemuk the iguana. For those who prefer not to share this space with them, the staff will take care of them and place them in their homes within the property.
Indoor living areas
The villas beautiful main living area occupies most of the ground floor, a large open-sided space filled with traditional art works collected all over the Indonesian archipelago. This area features beautiful sofas, gorgeous furnishings, a round dining table and a large fully equipped kitchen.
On the upper floor the villa also offers a studio and another lounge area, semi-open and overlooking the lush garden.
The villa also boasts a water filtering system, feature more unique than rare in Bali, that guests will surely appreciate!
Bedrooms
Villa Kaja counts four lovely bedrooms with queen size beds, one located in a separate guest house, one on the ground floor next to the kitchen area and two on the upper floor.
The guest house suite is small but comfortable and feature a tropical semi-outdoor bathroom with a unique hand crafted door from Kalimantan, and spacious furnished terrace.
The three bedrooms in the main house have all TVs with international channels and ensuite bathrooms, except for the guest suite upstairs. The master bedroom on the upper level also features a furnished balcony with view, a large dressing area and a huge bathroom with bathtub and shower. Next to this suite is the guest bedroom, making these perfect to host couples with kids.
Staff
The friendly and professional staff of the villa will take care of the guests every needs. The team comprises a villa manager and maid, who will be available to arrange any extra service upon request. Daily breakfast is also included.
