Villa Kalyani is a luxurious and modern 5 bedroom villa located in the amazing Canggu, arguably the most sought-after area of the island, along with the neighbouring Seminyak. The villa is positioned at the end of a quite alley in the lovely village of Berawa, surrounded by the picturesque rice fields that characterised this area. Within easy distance guests will have amazing dining options, gourmet supermarkets, sumptuous spas and one of the most famous sport clubs in Bali, the Finns Recreation Club. The property is also very close to the beautiful beaches of Canggu, famous for their incredible surf spots, and the vibrant Seminyak.
Feauring a dance floor, two bars, gourmet chef, rooftop terrace, professional DJ booth and an outdoor cinema, Villa Kalyani is the perfect choice whether you are a large family looking for a serene retreats or a group friends that just want to spend a super fun holiday.
Outdoor living areas
The large tropical garden of the villa is the main communal hub, where guests will spend unforgettable moments together. At the centre of this beautifully manicured space we have the beautiful 22-metre swimming pool with a shallow end for the children. On its extremity is a large pool deck featuring double sun loungers, a cinema screen and a projector, for amazing alfresco movie nights. On the side of the pool is also a comfortable open-sided lounge pavilion, perfect to unwind.
At the base of the garden, overlooking the property and the surrounding rice fields, is a gorgeous r ooftop terrace with beautiful balè. A second rooftop sun lounge for tanning is also found on the main house.
Indoor living areas
Villa Kalyani offers numerous living spaces and hang out spots, all scattered around the tropical garden with pool. There are three main open sided living areas, all fitted with comfy seatings. These spaces feature a billiard table, two bars, a dance floor and a DJ booth.
The villa also features an a ir-conditioned dining room with seating for twelve and a media room with 130" flat screen TV with surround sound speakers and Nintendo Wii.
Bedrooms
The villa features two luxurious master bedrooms, both set on the upper level of the main building and boasting large king size beds, wooden floor, f lat screen TVs with DVD player and large en-suite bathrooms with dressing areas. One of these also features an enormous bathtub, set beside a rooftop garden.
Two of the guest bedrooms are found in a separate pavilion, complete with sitting room, kitchenette and 7 metre plunge pool, providing extra privacy. Both rooms features king size beds, flat screen TVs with DVD player and tropical bathrooms (one of which boasting a beautiful tub).
The fifth bedroom is located in the main pavilion and features twin beds (easily convertible in king size double bed), satellite TV and bathroom with walk-in monsoon shower.
Staff
Villa Kalyani offers an outstanding service. The professional team of staff includes a full-time manager, personal butlers, a private chef, maids and 24-hour security guards. Gourmet meals can either be selected from a suggestion menu or personally created in consultation with the talented chef.

We selected Villa Kalyani for our wedding location from viewing on the internet. The villa and location was better in reality! The villa was modern, large rooms, enormous pool, grass area and clean. The staff headed by Novan, made our stay even more special as they treated us so well and went above and beyond to make our time unforgettable. With guests travelling from UK, Spain, Hong kong and Australia - the location for the wedding was perfect for our 65 guests for a sit down dinner under the stars. We will definitely return with a group of friends as the villa can hold 10-14 people without it feeling overcrowded.

5/5What a fantastic 10 days we all spent at Villa Kalyani. 15 adults and children relaxed around the pool whilst being looked after by the wonderful staff. It was like staying at your own 5 star hotel which had plenty of room for all. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend
