Villa Kavya is a modern 4-bedroom luxury villa situated in the posh neighborhood of Canggu. Guests will surely enjoy this excellent location, which is surrounded by tranquil rice paddy fields and only a short distance from the island's hippest spots. The ever-popular Berawa Beach, which is a favorite among surfers and beach lovers, is only ten minutes' walk away.
A stroll through the neighborhood will take you all over the world in terms of dining options. Restaurants like Trattoria, renowned for its authentic Italian cuisine, Suksema for fresh, top-notch sushi and Milk and Madu, one of the most loved cafes in the island, are only a few minutes walk away.
You can find an infinity pool overlooking the beachfront, epic music performances, and al fresco dining only a short, 3-minute drive away, at Finns Beach Club. Other local attractions, such as Splash Waterpark, Bounce Trampoline, or Cubby House Kids Club (all within the famous Finns Recreation Club), will undoubtedly be fun if you're bringing kids along.
Every aspect of this villa has been designed to ensure a luxurious and memorable stay to the guests. “Kavya” in Sanskrit means "poetry”, and the property definitely lives up to its definition. This modern four-bedroom villa, beautifully designed, is a tribute to Balinese architecture with high roofs, teak wooden flooring, cream-colored granite, and cool concrete walls.
Outdoor living areas
The villa has two swimming pools, one a 17-meter lap pool and the other a plunge or kiddie pool, both positioned at the edge of the large, well-kept lawn. A wooden hammock where you can lie and be soothed to sleep by the warm breeze separates the two pools.
Additionally, you can spread out and enjoy the sun in the pool area's wooden deck and cushioned sun loungers. Poolside dining is also available in this area.
The beautiful and large garden is also perfect to host yoga sessions or unforgettable events and celebration for up to 50 guests.
Indoor living areas
The living area is located at one end of the long, roomy, semi-open central pavilion. You can all congregate around the big couches to engage in some lively conversation. The dining area, which has a set-up that can comfortably seat eight people, is just next to it. Here, delicious and filling meals, prepared in the fully-equipped, ultra-modern kitchen, can be served and enjoyed.
The air-conditioned TV room, which is located at the opposite end of the pavilion, provides two different viewing options: either from the large, flat-screen TV or the sizable window that overlooks the beautiful garden.
Bedrooms
There are four spacious ensuite bedrooms in Villa Kavya, each with a different view of the living room, swimming pool, and garden. With their air conditioning and blackout curtains, every room is made comfortable, making them ideal for a quick afternoon nap and restful night's sleep. Make Villa Kavya your home and keep your belongings safe and well-placed by using the safety deposit box, walk-in closet, and integrated wardrobe. The ensuite bathrooms have double vanity sinks and indoor rain showers for a resort-like feel.
Rest is conveniently found anywhere in the villa as Guest Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 are found on the ground floor, while the Master Bedroom is on the upper level. Three of the suites have king size beds, while one features twin beds. The master bedroom also boasts a fantastic outdoor stone bathtub.
Staff
Housekeepers, gardeners, pool attendants, technicians, and security personnel are all part of the villa's staff. A car with a driver is also made available to the guests daily for eight consecutive hours (extra cost).
Any extra service can also be easily arranged upon request by the professional and friendly staff.

The most beautiful villa I’ve stayed in in Bali. So spacious and huge, with fabulous outdoor space and a lovely pool. Everything was really clean and in great condition. In a perfect location close to the beach and many nice restaurants. The team were so friendly and helpful and always smiling. Will definitely return and would recommend to friends.

5/5We had an excellent stay at the Villa Kavya. Pool, garden was perfect. Indoor area is clean and modern. Outdoor area was great for kids to play. The staff was very helpful. One negative comment is the noise from the traffic apart from that we enjoyed the hospitality.
