Villa Kayu Merah is a charming 3 bedroom tropical villa located in the gorgeous Bukit Peninsula, Bali’s southernmost area. This part of the island is renowned for its stunning beaches, world class surf waves, amazing golf courses and the scenic Uluwatu temple. The villa is strategically located almost at the center of this peninsula, making it easy for the guests to access some of the most beautiful locations of this area: places such as Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Dreamland, Padang Padang, Uluwatu and Pandawa will be only few minutes away!
The villa is part of the Akilea Estate which comprises 5 gorgeous villas (Villa Khajuraho, Villa Kayu Merah, Villa Lalita, Villa Markisa and Villa Kabutera) and offers a total of 14 bedrooms. The villas of the estate can be rented out separately but guests can also book the entire complex, the perfect venue to host big events such as weddings.
Outdoor living areas
The outdoor area of the villa is a gorgeous and lush tropical oasis, dominated by a beautiful free form swimming pool. The paliman stone solarium attached to it features comfortable sun loungers and a circular rattan daybed, the perfect spot for guests to relax and work on their tan.
Indoor living areas
The property spacious living area is a located in a beautiful open-sided space characterised by a traditional alang-alang roof, designers lamps, gorgeous wooden furnishings and local artefacts. This airy and bright space overlooks the garden and comprises a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a large wooden dining table and a fully equipped American style kitchen with island bar.
Bedrooms
Villa Kayu Merah features three gorgeous and large bedrooms. The master suite boasts a beautiful alang-alang ceiling, tasteful teak panels, a dark wooden king size bed, a flat screen TV, a spacious dressing room and a tropical semi-outdoor ensuite bathroom.
The other two bedrooms are located in a detached pavilion and share a terrace furnished with an antique wooden bench. The suites are extremely spacious and have been tastefully furnished. One bedroom features a king size bed, while the other has twin beds (that can be easily adjoined if requested). Both suites boast flat screen TVs, dressing rooms and gorgeous tropical bathroom with stone carved bathtubs and open-air showers.
Staff
The professional staff of the villa will be available full time and will take care of the guests’ even needs. A daily breakfast is included in the rate and extra services can be easily arranged by the attentive staff.
