Villa Kinaree Estate is a luxury complex made of two gorgeous villas, the 4 bedroom Villa Kinaree and the 6 bedroom Villa Kinara. The estate is tucked away in a quiet lane, right in the heart of the famed Oberoi district in Seminyak. This location is unbeatable as it is just a five minute walk from the beach with the renowned Ku De Ta beach club where guests can enjoy delicious dinners and drinks while admiring Bali's world famous sunsets. The prestigious Jalan Kayu Aya, aka “Eat street”, packed with chic boutiques, healthy cafés and acclaimed restaurants such as Ultimo, Chandi and Mama San, is also just a short stroll away from the villa. These amazing villas are the ideal solution for large groups of friends or family, as they can host up to 20 guests, or even more if extra beds are added!

Villa Kinaree

Villa Kinaree is a uniquely designed tropical Balinese villa characterised by elegant interiors and all the modern amenities guests can wish for. The lush tropical garden is one of the highlights of this beautiful property and with its peaceful atmosphere and calming waterfalls, will create the perfect ambience to relax in utter tranquillity. At the center of the outdoor space sparkles the salt-water swimming pool, tiled with beautiful natural stones, and featuring poolside sun loungers and inflatable lounging chairs, the perfect place to enjoy drinks together after a long day spent exposing the beauties of Bali, perhaps while floating on the refreshing pool.

The indoor living spaces of the villa are as luxurious as the outdoors. The property boasts both an open-sided lounge area and a tastefully furnished air-conditioned living space. The open plan living room features a billiard table, a large lounge sofa with stylish red pillows and an elegant bar area. The air-conditioned living space overlooks the pool area through glass sliding doors and features an L-shaped sofa set in front of a 55” flat screen TV with quality sound system and large selection of movies. A beautiful dining area with gorgeous teak dining table and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar complete the sophisticated living areas of the property.

Villa Kinaree offers four gorgeous and comfortable bedrooms. The luxurious master suite is located on the upper floor of the bedroom pavilion and enjoys access to a large private balcony. This beautiful and elegantly furnished room is extremely large and features timber floors, luxury king-size bed, flat-screen TV, spacious dressing room and huge en-suite bathroom with rain-shower and Jacuzzi bathtub. The other three bedrooms feature king-size beds, spacious wardrobes with safe box and private bathrooms with a rain shower.The first two guest bedrooms are located on the ground floor and open up to the terrace, with direct access to the pool area. While the third guest bedroom is found on the first floor of the living pavilion and has access to a private balcony overlooking the garden. This room can also double as a media lounge, since it boasts a massive smart TV and a comfortable sofa.

Villa Kinara

Villa Kinara is a spacious and gorgeous 6-bedrooms villa characterized by an ethnic design, wide spaces and wonderful decorations, the villa blends perfectly modernity and tradition. The garden of the villa is a tropical jewel, wide and colorful, and hosts a gorgeous swimming pool with water feature and shallow area for kids. The outdoor space, which separates the villa’s two pavilions, also offers several sun loungers, terraces and shaded patios, the perfect places to relax and enjoy alfresco dinners.

The living area is gorgeous as well, a vast open-plan space defined by towering wooden pillars, teak ceilings and floors and beautiful furnishings. Most of the furniture has been custom designed exclusively for Villa Kinara! This huge space comprises a lounge corner with oversized sofas, coffee table and bar, an entertainment corner fitted with a 46” flat screen TV and home theater system, a billiard table and a beautiful teakwood dining table suitable to host up to 12 people. The villa also boasts two kitchens: one for the staff who will prepare guest meals upon request and one beautiful modern kitchen for guest use.

Villa Kinara’s six air-conditioned bedrooms are gorgeous and comfortable. The master bedroom is located in the Alang-Alang pavilion, just across the garden and facing the main building, and occupies the entire first floor. This wonderful room features a king sized bed, a lounge/media corner equipped with 40” flat screen TV and home theater, a large dressing room, a huge beautiful terrace and a luxurious en-suite tropical bathroom with bathtub and rain shower. On the ground floor of the same pavilion we have two guest bedrooms with direct access to the garden through a lovely shaded patio, both boasting king sized bed, chaise lounge, desk, wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms. Other two guest bedrooms occupy the upper level of the main living pavilion and feature king size beds (one of which can be easily converted into twins), a large terrace and beautiful en-suite bathrooms with rain shower (one with bathtub). The last bedroom is a gorgeous space located in a small separate pavilion and can be used as a second media area, being equipped with a 52” LCD TV. The room features a king size bed (which can be easily converted into twins) and en-suite bathroom with shower.

Staff

The villa complex is serviced by a team of 14 full time professionals, who will cater to the guests every needs. The team includes a manager, a dedicated butler, housekeeping and security.

We stayed here for 7 nights enroute to Kuta and very loved it. From the moment we arrived the staff were welcoming and courteous. The villa was large and beautifully furnished. The toiletries in the bathroom were luxurious and the towels very thick and soft. The pool was adequate with lots of sun loungers and the butlers service for food and drinks. A large decanter with sliced oranges and iced water was available for guests and factor 50 sun cream to use. Seminyak beach is 5 minutes walk away but the area the villa is in is much quieter and peaceful. In all a very relaxing, pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

We stayed in 6 bedroom Villa Kinara and our stay was just amazing. All rooms are very spacious with toilets. It has a large common area with dinning and attached kitchen adjacent to a small but nice Pool. The great thing about Villa is Service. The staff there is very attentive and served very tasty and fantastic food. We require Ginger tea and team always prepared the way we wanted it. They arranged a nice BBQ for us and all BBQ items were just great. Overall the stay at Villa was just amazing and we enjoyed it thoroughly...!! Some areas that we thought could have been better is breakfast options. Breakfast options were so limited that we end up eating same breakfast almost everyday.
