Villa Naam Sawan is a stunning beachfront 4-bedroom villa located in the beautiful Cape Yamu, on Phuket's north-east coast. Part of an exclusive estate, developed by a world-renowned architectural design team, the property rests on a slice of oceanfront land and enjoys amazing views of the famous Phang Nga Bay, one of Thailand's main attractions.
Cape Yamu is a beautiful region characterised by rolling verdant hills, tall coconut groves and lush tropical forests. The area will also give guests easy access to the spectacular islands of Ko Naka Yai and Ko Rang Yai, with their jaw-dropping white beaches, and of many other attractions, including the Khao Phra Thaeo National Park, the Bang Pae waterfall and the bustling Phuket Town.
The property is also ideal to host weddings and events: the beautiful villa's chapel can accommodate up to 80 people for the wedding ceremony!
Outdoor living areas
Naam Sawan is a magnificent and grand property that boasts an amazing contemporary Thai design and incredible outdoor areas. The enormous tropical garden of the villa is simply jaw-dropping and it features large manicured lawns with private access to the beach, a 30-meter long swimming pool with shallow end for kids, a swim-up cocktail bar with adjoining kitchen and alfresco dining area for 10 positioned next to the pool and a large poolside solarium fitted with sun loungers and an outdoor four-poster sofa-bed.
On the upper level is also a fantastic terrace with reflective ponds, lounge seating and amazing views.
For the more active guests the villa provides a two-seater kayak and two paddle boards (to use in the turquoise ocean waters), a tennis table, a dartboard and equipment to play volleyball, badminton and pétanque on the large lawn.
Guests can also enjoy access to the nearby award-winning COMO Point Yamu Resort, which has state-of-the-art sports and wellness facilities, a superlative restaurant and a private beach club on Koh Naka Yai island, at a nominal fee.
Indoor living areas
The grand and sumptuous main living area of the villa is located on the upper level and it is characterised by an opulent décor, an high vaulted teakwood ceiling, hand-crafted sculptures and beautiful oil and acrylic paintings. This amazing space comprises an elegant lounge overlooking the ocean and a dining table. Adjacent the living room is a fully equipped guest kitchen with 48" TV and 10-seater dining table. On this same level is also a second professional kitchen, where the in-villa chef will prepare delicious dishes.
On the ground floor the villa also offers a beautiful entertainment room with Apple TV and home theatre system.
Bedrooms
Villa Naam Sawan has four gorgeous and spacious bedrooms, all featuring king size beds and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors with an amazing ocean view.
The Master Bedroom is located on the ground floor and opens onto the pool terrace. This beautiful suite boasts a 50" flat screen TV, an elegant chaise lounge chair, a large dressing area with built-in wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom with rain shower and twin sinks.
On the same level are also the Guest Bedrooms 2 and 3, both with double beds that can be converted into twins. The suites feature sofas, built-in wardrobes and private bathrooms with showers. One of the bedrooms also has a 50" TV.
The Guest Bedroom 1 is instead found on the upper level, adjacent to the main living room. The suite also features a lounge sofa, a 40" flat screen TV, a large dressing area and an ensuite bathroom with rain shower and double sinks.
Staff
The friendly and professionally trained staff of the villa will offer a five-star service and will ensure all guests' requests won't go unanswered. The team is led by a villa manager and comprises a private chef, housekeepers and 24-hour security. Included in the rate is a delicious daily breakfast.

This is a very special experience.The holiday planned for 7 was extended to one month due to the influence of Covid-19. Stayed in Phuket for 35 days and changed 8 villas, this villa will be the last one we live in. The sea view of this villa is not as good as the previous ones,but the service of the VM (Wawa) is very good and the food is delicious. Our family had a very enjoyable holiday here. Fortunately, we came to Phuket. Because of COVIS-19, many countries do not welcome Chinese, but Thais are still very warm and friendly to us. The Thai Immigration service also allows us to extend stay for free. Very memorable holiday and hope to come back next time.
