Villa Nilaya and Villa Josuloma are two stunning and interconnected villas situated in the heart of the vibrant Seminyak. Just a short walk from Seminyak’s bustling dining and shopping scene, the villa’s almost-perfect location combines convenience with privacy. Nearby attractions include the lively Seminyak Square and a range of top-rated restaurants, such as Sisterfields, La Lucciola, and Merah Putih. For those looking to explore further, beach clubs like Ku De Ta and Potato Head are also close by, and fitness enthusiasts can easily reach Soham gym. Seminyak Beach is nearby and offers great beginner-friendly surfing and ample space for beachside fun at low tide.

Villa Nilaya and Villa Josuloma can be booked separately. However, when booked together, these villas offer an unmatched 11-bedroom retreat that is hard to find in Seminyak.

Villa Nilaya

Villa Nilaya has been rated by well known websites as one of the best holiday rental villas of the island. This two-storey villa is set over 800 m² of tropical garden and can comfortably accommodates 10 guests, making it the perfect solution for large families or groups of friends. The outdoor area of the villa is a beautiful and large space featuring a lovely swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers set on the wooden pool deck and a traditional Balinese gazebo, the ideal place to relax sipping a drink or reading a nice book.

The indoor living area of the villa is a beautiful and fully air conditioned space surrounded by folding glass doors facing the swimming pool. This area has been designed with both tradition and modernity in mind and comprises a lounge corner with sofas set in front of a flat screen TV with DVD player and speakers, a large dining table and a beautiful western style kitchen.

Villa Nilaya offers five beautiful and spacious bedrooms, all beautifully furnished. Three of these feature king size beds, one is furnished with a queen sizebed while the last one has twin beds. All the bedrooms are air conditioned and feature en-suite bathrooms, LCD TVs and DVD player.

Villa Josuloma

Surrounded by a lush, manicured garden with swaying palms, the outdoor space at Villa Josuloma is an inviting haven. A large swimming pool sits at the center, bordered by a deck with an alfresco dining area seating ten and a BBQ grill. On the opposite side, guests can unwind in cozy wicker chairs for leisurely gatherings.

Three poolside sunbeds, including one double lounger with sun umbrellas, offer the perfect place to soak up the Balinese sunshine.

Additionally, a rooftop terrace with sofas and an arched wooden roof provides a shaded retreat with ceiling fans for extra comfort.

Inside, guests are welcomed into the villa’s open-plan living and dining areas. Furnished with plush grey sofas, a wooden 8-seater dining table, and adorned with elegant wall art, these spaces create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Nearby, the chef’s kitchen features a breakfast bar with four stools, perfect for casual dining.

For entertainment, the villa offers a media room with a large L-shaped sofa facing a 65” TV and a writing desk in one corner.

Guests can also enjoy a mini-gym equipped with weights, yoga mats, and a wall mirror for stretching and fitness routines.

Each of the six beautifully designed bedrooms at Villa Josuloma comes with a private ensuite bathroom, 44” flat-screen TV, writing desk, and large mirror, along with blackout curtains and built-in wardrobes.

The first master suite in the left pavilion has a four-poster bed on polished wooden floors beneath an arched ceiling, with a cozy window seat, writing desk, and veranda overlooking the garden and pool. In the right pavilion, the second master suite features a king-size bed, writing desks, and an ensuite with a freestanding bath and outdoor shower courtyard.

On the left pavilion, Guest Bedrooms 1 and 2 can be connected through a door and configured as either a king-size or twin bed setup.

On the right pavilion, Guest Bedrooms 3 and 4 are also interconnected and feature king-size four-poster beds with netting canopies. Each room includes a writing desk, a wall-mounted TV, and ample built-in wardrobe space adjacent to the bathroom doors.

The villas' attentive teams are committed to providing a memorable experience for guests. The dedicated staff includes a villa manager, butlers for morning and afternoon service, private chefs, and garden and pool attendants.
