Villa NVL is a gorgeous and modern 4-bedroom villa located in the heart of one of the most sought-after destinations in Bali, the surf town of Canggu. The property is only a moment’s walk from the renowned Finns Recreation Club and from many amazing restaurants and cafes. The great surf beaches of Berawa and Batu Bolong are just a short drive away, while other famous touristic locations, like the vibrant Seminyak and the picturesque Ubud, are also easy to access from Canggu.
Outdoor living areas
Villa NVL boasts an exotic garden with well-manicured lawns and an impressive private swimming pool with a jacuzzi area. This is the ideal space to enjoy the tropical weather in total privacy.
The garden also features sun loungers for guests to relax and work on their tan, and a fantastic poolside bar with kitchen, to prepare amazing cocktails while admiring the neighboring rice fields from the beautiful glass windows installed on the garden’s walls.
Indoor living areas
The beautiful main living area of the villa is located on the ground floor and opens onto the garden and the pool, offering the best spot for comfortably resting in the hottest hours, while still enjoying the amazing tropical climate.
The open-plan living area has been elegantly furnished and comprises a lounge corner with a plush white sofa, a grand dining table and a modern fully equipped American-style kitchen.
On the upper level the villa also features two other fantastic living spaces, both air-conditioned: the billiard room and the entertainment/fitness room, fitted with a large flat screen TV, a couch, a treadmill and a spin bike.

Staff
A team of dedicated, friendly staff will be available full time from the guests’ check-in. The staff will provide daily housekeeping, pool and garden maintenance and guest assistance, so that guests won’t need to worry about anything but relaxing and enjoy a memorable holiday. A delicious daily breakfast is also included in the rate!
The concierge team will also be on hand to help arrange additional services and staff, such as private chefs, babysitters, day trips and drivers.

Found this place like in a last minute and suddenly fell in love with the look, also the location, lots of eating place and beach clubs nearby..the host was always fast respond and this place is really worth the price. Everything looked exactly like what they described, spacious, very clean, modern and brand new..

5/5New and wonderful 4-bedroom villa in Canggu. Just recently build and leased, but super stunning. Its equipped with large pool, gym & multifunction, dining, living, and rooftop BBQ & outdoor yoga, wow. This villa has open concept modern minimalist design with luxury minimalist interior and furniture. Carefully crafted plants and lighting, day & night vibes have very welcoming feels. Incredible design & construction finish. Recommended
