Villa Phocea is a beautiful and modern 4-bedroom villa located in Bali's southernmost area, the amazing Bukit Peninsula. The property is found within the Pecatu Indah Resort and it is adjacent to one of the most renowned golf courses in the island, the New Kuta Golf.
500 meters from the villa are also two of the most beautiful beaches in Bali, the famous Dreamland and Balangan Beach. Furthermore, many other touristic hotspots and world-renowned beach clubs are within easy reach: places such as El Kabron Cliff Club, Ulu Cliff House, Single Fin, Oneeighty Day Club, Garuda Wisnu Kencana cultural park and the iconic Uluwatu temple, are all few minutes drive away!
Outdoor living areas
The amazing garden of the villa offers an uninterrupted view of the golf course and it's the best place to relax and unwind after a morning spent surfing or exploring the island.
The outdoor space is dominated by a well-sized swimming pool with a Jacuzzi area and it features tropical plants, a covered living corner with sofas, sun loungers and a lovely gazebo.
The villa also has a terrace on the first floor, which can be accessed via a staircase in the garden, the ideal place to work on the perfect tan.
Indoor living areas
Villa Phocea boasts beautiful contemporary architecture and stylish interiors. The main living area occupies an air-conditioned L-shaped room, a large space that comprises a lounge area with comfy sofas and TV, a thick-wood dining table and a modern kitchen.
On the upper level the property offers a second living area, a large space perfect for meditation or yoga.

The villa has four comfortable, spacious and well-furnished bedrooms. Each suite features a double bed, a flat screen TV and a sleek bathroom with toiletries, hairdryer and bathtub.
