Villa Saan is a spectacular 8-bedroom luxury villa located within the exclusive Cape Amarin estate, on the headland separating Kamala and Patong beaches. This majestic property offers breathtaking views on the Andaman Sea and sits nearby some of Phuket’s finest resorts and villas.
The position of the villa is fantastic, as it will give guests easy access to some of the most beautiful beaches of the area. Kamala Beach is the closest to the property and thanks to its relaxed feeling it is very popular with families. If guests are instead looking for a more lively spot, the hectic and colourful Patong is only a few kilometres south.
Strategically located at the center of Phuket's west coast, Villa Saan will also offer guests the opportunity to easily reach all the island's attractions: from the fantastic Kata and Nai Han Beaches to the charming Phuket Town and the world famous Big Buddha statue.
Outdoor living areas
Positioned high on a beautiful and dramatic headland, every corner of this spectacular property's outdoor area will enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean and the bay below.
The amazing 17-meter long infinity swimming pool is simply an unbelievable place where to enjoy the view, relax and spend unforgettable moments with family and friends. Next to it, are a lovely pool deck with sun loungers, a fantastic Jacuzzi, a furnished "sala" (a Thai open pavilion) and an outdoor lounge with barbecue area.
On the ground floor the villa also boasts a beautifully manicured tropical garden.
Indoor living areas
A gorgeous cathedral-like entrance will welcome the guests into a spectacular open-sided lounging area with high vaulted roof and water features. This space, like the rest of the property, has been decorated with the high quality furnishings and gorgeous art works, and boasts breathtaking views over the bay and the ocean.
Positioned on the sides of this beautiful open lounge, are other amazing living areas: a second lounge room fitted with comfortable sofas and a large wall-mounted TV, a beautiful dining room with 12-seater table and bar area, a game room featuring a pool table, TV and bar, and a fantastic cinema room fitted with a projector, Apple TV and surround sound system.
In addition to these spaces, on the ground floor of the villa guests can also enjoy a well-equipped gym and a spa room!
Bedrooms
Arranged over four levels, all eight bedrooms of the property are spacious, bright, air-conditioned and enjoy gorgeous ocean views (except for the guest bedroom on the ground floor).
On the top floor we have three of the suites: one large master bedroom and two smaller guest bedrooms, all fitted with king size beds, floor-to-ceiling front glass doors opening onto beautiful terraces with views and ensuite bathrooms with bathtubs, double wash basins and showers. The master suite also boasts an amazing private plunge pool.
On the level below the main living floor, the villa features four more bedrooms: two furnished with twin beds (convertible into kings), one with queen size bed and one fitted with a super king size bed. All suites feature wardrobes, lounge corners, sliding glass doors, balconies and private bathrooms with showers.
The last guest suite is instead found on the ground floor, next to the spa room, and open onto a garden. This bedroom features a king size bed, a wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with shower.
Staff
The amazing villa's staff will assist and pamper guests full time. The team comprises a villa manager, an assistant manager, an in-villa chef, housekeepers and 24-hour security guards. All kinds of extra services can also be arranged by the villa manager upon requests.

This was my second visit to Villa Saan. Booked it for 11 people and utilised 6 out of the 8 bedrooms. Villa is in a great condition with a spectacular sunset view. The bedrooms on the top floor have the most amazing view. Beside the outdoor pool, there is also a pool table and cinema room. Plenty to keep you entertained. There is also a gym on the ground floor. Great music system which blasted away at night. During the day we were chilling by the pool and enjoying the peacefulness and the view. The staff there is great. A crew of 6-8. Very attentive and catered to all our needs. They have an inhouse chef who cooked us really good meals. She can pretty much cook whatever you request her. We had an amazing Thai spread, BBQ and great snacks across the day. Overall experience is 10/10!!!

5/5I booked this villa for a group of 11, utilizing all 8 bedrooms. The villa is in a great condition, exactly as pictured. All the rooms have bathrooms attached with beautiful views. The only smaller room without an ocean view is the 8th room downstairs but it is attached to a garden. The villa has amazing amenities with large common areas, infinity pool, billiards room, movie room, gym, and BBQ area. The staff was absolutely amazing. There were 5 employees along with 3 trainees when we visited. Every single person went above and beyond to cater to our needs with great professionalism and a smile on their faces. The villa also has a private chef who provided us with delicious meals to our specification. We asked for a seafood BBQ dinner and they truly delivered. We felt truly pampered. The best part of the villa is the ocean view. The view from the pool is incredible at sunset. I also loved sitting on the pool chair in the morning while looking out at the peaceful ocean. The price was really great for what we got, especially since the same number of bedrooms in a 5-star resort would have cost us more per night and we would not have had such attentive service round-the-clock. I believe they have different rates based on how many bedrooms with be utilized, starting at 5 bedrooms so if I am coming with a larger party, I would definitely book this villa again. I also almost booked their sister villa right next door with an attached walkway that has 6 bedrooms for another group to join us.
