Villa Sapi is a masterpiece of design, a spectacular beachfront 6-bedroom villa located on one of Indonesia’s most beautiful beaches, the fantastic Sira Beach, in North Lombok. With its powder white sands, its crystal clear waters and its tall coconut palm trees in the background, Sira is simply tropical perfection!
Just one kilometre from this amazing property is the Sire Beach Golf Club, an 18-hole championship course. Also very close to the villa is the renowned Hotel Tugu Lombok and its restaurant/bar, an atmospheric living museum filled with extraordinary Indonesian antiques and pieces of art. If guests are instead looking for a more local experience, Tanjung (only a few kilometres away) is a traditional Sasak market village with stalls overflowing with local produce. And finally, for the diving and snorkelling enthusiastics, the amazing Gili islands can be easily reached with a short boat trip!
Outdoor living areas
The property’s idyllic tropical garden is bordered by the stunning white sands of Sira Beach and, also thanks to its huge and well-manicured lawns, is the ideal spot to host unforgettable events.This space also features a beautiful beachfront infinity swimming pool with shallow ends, two additional pools (part of the guest pavilion), a balè (Balinese gazebo) and sun loungers.For the guests who like to keep in shape while holidaying, the villa also offers an amazing floodlit tennis court!
Indoor living areas
Designed by the Canadian architect David Lombardi, Villa Sapi boasts a contemporary and unique style, capable of blending harmoniously traditional pavilions with futuristic spaces.The main living area of the villa is housed in the expansive open-sided pavilion that overlooks the pool and the ocean. This space has been furnished with large modular sofas and a beautiful 14-seater dining table. In the same pavilion we can also find two fully equipped kitchens.
Other two facilities that will make the guests’ holiday even more memorable are the futuristic media room fitted with beanbags, large flat-screen satellite TV, DVD player and surround sound system, and the lumbung (Indonesian traditional rice barn) with thatched roof, refurbished to host the massage room.
Bedrooms
Villa Sapi counts six beautiful and comfortable bedrooms, all fitted with king size beds. The huge master bedroom is located in the main house and boasts polished concrete floors and an en-suite bathroom with tub, shower and garden. In the same main pavilion are three other bedrooms, all spacious and serviced by private bathrooms.
The two remaining suites are instead located in the separate guest pavilion and both boast private swimming pools and bathtubs facing the ocean!
Staff
The professional and friendly staff of the villa will be on hand to assist the guests in any request they might have. The team is led by a villa manager and comprises a chef, an assistant chef, butlers, housemaids, gardeners and security guards. An extensive array of activities is available to the guests and can easily be arranged by the staff: these include golf, snorkelling, diving, waterfall hikes, mountain trekking, cycling, day trips to the nearby Gili Islands, cooking classes and much more.

We stayed at Villa Sapi as a group of 15 to celebrate my 50th birthday in January 2020. I can’t say enough positive things about the villa, the staff and the whole experience. We had a group of several families, with 7 children ranging from 8 to 19 years, and 8 adults. We fitted well in the villa and the guest house, with 5 teenagers sharing one of the bedrooms, and we used the study as a King bedroom as well. The accomodation was top notch. Laundry was included which was a total bonus when travelling with children. Much has been written about the food at Villa Sapi and it is quite simply superb. 3 meals a day, afternoon tea and canapés. We chose each night after dinner what the next day’s menu would be. It worked really well and we didn’t have a meal we didn’t love. For my actual birthday we had a bbq in the beach with a band and fireworks. Amazing. The staff at Vill Sapi are what make it so special. I can not recommend Villa Sapi more highly. We simply loved it!

5/5If you are after a truly amazing experience, Villa Sapi is the right destination for you. The Villa itself and the surrounds, activities and services on offer are first class. The staff are amazing: Courteous, friendly, exceptionally generous without being in your face. The food is some of the best we have ever had in the many villas we have stayed in over the years. To Wayan, Albert and the team, thank you for an incredible extra long weekend and for setting up our BBQ dinner on the beach and entertaining us with your band. Nothing better than dancing in the sand as the sun sets to ring in a new decade.
