Villa Sundance is a beautiful tropical 4-bedroom villa located in Umalas, a neighbourhood popular among expats, as it is strategically situated between Seminyak and Canggu, the most touristic towns of the island.
This is the ideal property for those who want to enjoy a quiet holiday away from the crowds and at the same time don't want to be too far from the center of the action. In a few minutes by car or scooter, villa guests can reach Canggu and Berawa, locations famous for their fantastic restaurants, healthy cafes, fashion boutiques and world-famous beach clubs. A few kilometers to the south we find the vibrant Seminyak, another place packed with excellent restaurants, clubs and shopping boutiques.

The gorgeous and lush garden of the villa is an amazing place where to spend quality time with family and friends in total serenity and privacy.
At the center of this exotic space is a beautiful and glistening swimming pool, fitted with comfortable sun loungers, a lovely place to enjoy the tropical weather and work on a perfect tan. Next to the pool is also a shady gazebo with comfortable couches.
And if this space wasn't enough, the villa also boasts a fantastic large rooftop terrace looking out over the surroundings, ideal for sunset drinks or to simply relax.
Indoor living areas
The beautiful living area opens onto the garden through large bi-folding doors, and it is characterised by a tropical open design, luxurious furniture and numerous Balinese art works.
This spacious room comprises a plush lounge sofa, a small circular table and a gorgeous thick wood dining table. The villa also features a separate fully equipped kitchen and a media room fitted with a huge flat screen TV and deluxe sofas.

Villa Sundance has four spacious and bright bedrooms and can host up to 8 guests. Each suite boasts tasteful furnishings and features comfortable king size beds, air-conditioning, sitting areas, wardrobes and beautiful ensuite bathrooms. Two of these have gorgeous stone bathtubs.

The villa has a friendly and professional staff who will be available from the moment of the guests’ arrival to ensure they have a comfortable and unforgettable stay. The team comprises a villa manager, housekeepers, a gardener and security guards.
