Villa Sunset is an absolute waterfront 3-bedroom villa located on the shore of the Benoa peninsula, a few minutes away from the popular Nusa Dua, a resort enclave that offers a wide choice of restaurants, boutiques, spas, shopping centers and, of course, resorts.
The villa is situated on the waterfront of a peaceful ocean lagoon and enjoys breathtaking views, just perfect to host families looking for a relaxing and luxurious holiday.
The bay in front of the property is perfect for romantic sunset strolls, but not suitable for swimming because of its shallow bottom. However, amazing white sand beaches and beach clubs can be found in the nearby Nusa Dua and in many other fantastic locations in the Bukit Peninsula.
Outdoor living areas
This gorgeous property is characterised by an amazing outdoor area, a space dominated by a large swimming pool, set literally few meters from the ocean! From here, or from one of the two lovely and shaded gazebos, you will enjoy stunning sunsets and share unforgettable memories with your family or friends.
Indoor living areas
The air-conditioned living room of the villa will offer an amazing view over the ocean thanks to its large floor-to-ceilings glass doors. This spacious room comprises a TV lounge corner with sofas, a fully equipped kitchen with bar counter and a dining table to enjoy spectacular meals with ocean view.
Bedrooms
Villa Sunset has three beautiful and air-conditioned bedrooms.
The master suite is located on the upper floor and features a king size bed, a terrace with sitting area and spectacular view, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with closet, bathtub and shower.
The other two guest bedrooms are located on the ground floor, just adjacent to the living area, one furnished with a king size bed and one with twin beds. The en-suite bathrooms of these rooms also boast built-in closets and showers.
Staff
The villa is serviced by an extremely professional staff. The team, which comprises a supervisor, maids, maintenance and security, will take care of every detail and will be available to organise any service guests may require.
