Villa Waimarie is a gorgeous beachfront 6-bedroom villa located in Lipa Noi, one of Koh Samui's most beautiful and unspoilt beaches.
The wonderful island's west coast is the perfect destination for families and travellers looking to spend a relaxing and unforgettable tropical holiday. This part of the island is definitely quieter and less trafficked then the more touristic areas, but still close to fantastic attractions and dining options. The busiest resorts of Chaweng and Bohput, with their fantastic shops, restaurants and nightclubs, are however just a few kilometres away.
Outdoor living areas
The stunning outdoor spaces are undoubtedly the highlights of this fantastic property. The tropical garden, filled with exotic flowers and plants, is only a step away from Lipa Noi beach. The front garden is dominated by a gorgeous infinity swimming pool, the best spot to admire the jaw-dropping panorama: from here guests can view the Gulf of Siam's turquoise waters, five lush off-shore islands and, behind all of this, the majestic mountains of mainland Thailand.
Next to the pool is a huge, fan-cooled sala (Thai gazebo) with dining table and sofas, ideal to organise fantastic alfresco barbecue parties. Guests can also relax on several other spots and work on their tans on of the villa's sun loungers: six positioned on the pool deck and four set up directly on the beach.
For the more active guests the villa offers a private tennis court, two kayaks, two stand-up paddle boards and the equipment for beach volleyball. Another amazing feature of the property is the children's play area fitted with slides, perfect to keep the kids entertained.
Indoor living areas
The comfortable and air-conditioned indoor spaces of the property are characterised by a southern Thai design and tasteful furnishings. The main living area is divided into two large pavilions, both overlooking the pool and the ocean. One of the buildings hosts the lounge area, fitted as it is with plush sofas and a flat screen TV, while in the other pavilion we have the dining and kitchen area.
Bedrooms
Villa Waimarie's six amazing bedrooms are paired in three bungalows, each with a connecting door, perfect to host three couples with kids or large groups of friends.
All suites feature air-conditioners, patios with sofas and armchairs, spacious wardrobes and tropical ensuite bathrooms with rain showers and freestanding bathtubs. Two of the bedrooms also have a TV with DVD player. As for the bed setting: three suites have been furnished with king size beds, two with twin beds and one with two bunk beds (the kid's room).
Staff
The professional and friendly staff of the villa will ensure every request is met efficiently, and always with a smile. The team comprises a villa manager, a chef, housekeepers, gardeners and security guards. Extra services and staff can be easily arranged upon request and a delicious daily breakfast is included in the rate.
