Villa Yamuna is a beautiful 4 bedroom villa part of the luxury Karang Saujana Estate, located in the amazing Bukit Peninsula, Bali’s southernmost area. This is one of the most beautiful part of the island, still relatively unspoilt and undeveloped. The closest beach is the gorgeous Pandawa, also known as Secret Beach due to its hidden positioned, as it is located behind beautiful limestone cliffs.
The villa sits over the cliff overlooking Pandawa and will offer sweeping views of the Indian Ocean. The most famous white sand beaches of the island, along with world renowned surf spots, are all found in the Bukit Peninsula, places such as Nusa Dua, Uluwatu, Balangan and Dreamland, are all at an easy driving distance!
Guests that instead wish to venture further afield can take a day trip to the most touristic areas in Bali, the stylish Seminyak, the party town of Kuta and the hipster Canggu.
Outdoor living areas
Villa Yamuna offers spectacular outdoor areas. The property is spread over two floors, with a gorgeous infinity swimming pool dominating the outdoor upper level, the perfect space to organise unforgettable parties or family gatherings. Next to the pool is a beautiful terrace with breathtaking view over the ocean, which features an outdoor dining table, sun loungers with parasols and low glass panels to keep the children safe without spoiling the view.
The landscaped garden is instead located on the lower level and will offer another amazing space to relax and spend quality time together.
Indoor living areas
The entrance of the villa is found on the upper floor and will lead guests to an elegant living area, beautifully furnished with white sofas and armchairs. On this same level is also a comfortable media room with bathroom.
The main living area is instead located on the lower floor. This air-conditioned space features a designer kitchen, a thick wooden dining table and lounge corner with stylish sofas. The room opens up over a small patio furnished with all-weather rattan sofa and chairs, and overlooking the beautifully manicured garden of the villa.
Bedrooms
Villa Yamuna offers four comfortable and luxurious bedrooms, all fitted with air-conditioning and flat screen TVs. In the left wing off the upstairs living area guest will find two beautiful bedrooms. The master suite is a corner room with large glass doors overlooking over the pool on one side, and the Indian Ocean on the other. The bedroom features a couch, a king sized bed and an ensuite with plenty of storage, rain shower and bathtub. Next to this suite is another bedroom, fitted with twin beds and featuring a private bathroom.
Downstairs another identical wing hosts other two twin bedrooms that have been set up for complete comfort with ensuite bathrooms. The largest of the two has large glass doors and faces the beautiful garden.
Staff
The property comes with a team of professional and accommodating staff, which will deliver an outstanding service. The team is lead by a villa manager and includes a day time butler and maids. Breakfast is included in the rate and priced lunch and dinner menus are also available. A cook can also easily be arranged.
