Description

Villa Ylang Ylang is a stunning 6 bedroom villa located in the peaceful and charming seaside village of Saba (Ketewel area), on Bali’s unspoilt east coast.

The property boasts an amazing beachfront position and faces the black sands of Saba Beach, offering breathtaking views which extends across the straits towards the beaches of Sanur and Nusa Dua and the islands of Lembongan and Penida. The area also boasts amazing waves for surfers, far less crowded then the those of Kuta or the Bukit Peninsula.

The family-friendly and charming Sanur is only 10 kilometres away form the villa and here guests will be able to find great dining options, cafes and beach bars. This sea-front promenade is also a better and safer spot for swimming. Also very close, few kilometres inland, is Bali’s cultural capital and one of the island’s most visited locations, the beautiful village of Ubud.

Outdoor living areas

At the center of the gorgeously manicured garden, perpendicular to the beach, is the beautiful salt-water swimming pool and the l arge stone pool deck furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas. The perfect place to spend relaxing moments and soak up the beautiful Balinese sun. The villa also offers a timber deck with sun beds, positioned just over the beach, and t wo traditional balè at either ends of the property, ideal for afternoon massages.

Indoor living areas

The main living area is located in the majestic central t wo-storey pavilion, characterised by an 11 meters high atrium and a c ontemporary Asian design, a gorgeous structure that had within its guests international celebrities and royalties! This space features an open-sided lounge with various corners for relaxation and a formal dining area that can accomodate up to 14 guests. On this table guests will taste delicious dishes prepared by the in-house chef in the fully equipped kitchen.

Adjoining the living area is the theater room with satellite TV, DVD player, wall projector, large sofas. This space can also double as well-equipped office.

Two grand staircases from the main living room lead to the mezzanine-style gallery we also find two outdoor roof decks (one fitted with massage beds and one with floor cushions) and a beautiful central balcony with view over the ocean.

Nestled in the garden and facing the ocean through its glass walls is the villa’s gym, with its very own sauna! Just ideal to detox your body and stay fit while holidaying.

Bedrooms

Villa Ylang Ylang counts six beautiful and air-conditioned bedrooms, all located around the pool. The t wo luxurious master suites face each other across the pool and feature king size four-poster beds, outdoor furnished terraces with private plunge pools, TVs with DVD players and gorgeous ensuite bathrooms featuring large sunken tubs, large walk-in showers, twin washbasins and small courtyard, for the perfect tropical experience.

The two queen bedrooms are also furnished with four-poster beds and feature elegant ensuite bathrooms with tubs that double as showers. The remaining two junior suites are accessed via sliding doors from each of the queen bedrooms, making them ideal to host families with kids. These rooms have twin beds and ensuite bathrooms with shower.

Staff

This unique villa is serviced by a professional and friendly staff composed by a villa manager, butlers, maids, chef and security guards. A car with driver is also available for 8 consecutive hours at a special price.

Villa Ylang Ylang is amazing and great value for money. Just spent 10 days here and couldn't get enough of the ocean views which were picturesque.The staff are friendly and attentive and could not do more than enough to help. All the delicious meals and gourmet dishes organised by the staff were simply lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here with the family, relaxing by the pool, swimming, the massages which were so wonderful. This was a lovely stay in a great place and I’d do it again.

As soon as you enter this Villa, you start getting a feeling that this is the place you must have for your Holiday Home. Staff was great, Food is delicious, Living Room is spacious & Beach Front is the most beautiful thing of the this villa. Every thing is perfect here. Must Visit Villa.
