Located just a short walk or buggy ride down the hill, Nai Thon Beach is a tropical paradise: a pristine one-kilometer-long stretch of powder-soft sand set on Phuket’s tranquil northwest coast, perfect for tanning, swimming, snorkeling, stand-up paddling or just relaxing. This unspoiled part of the island boasts a peaceful atmosphere and numerous hidden coves and beaches waiting to be discovered along the coast.
This slice of paradise is also just nine kilometers away from the island's international airport and from many Phuket hot spots, including golf courses, spas, beach clubs and fantastic restaurants, all within easy reach.
For larger groups the Malaiwana Estate offers, in addition to this villa, other fantastic holiday rental options, including the 4-bedroom Penthouse, Patio Duplex and Duplex apartments, and three other stunning villas: the 4-bedroomed Villa Chan Paa, the 5-bedroomed Villa M and the 6-bedroom Villa Haleana. Positioned on a lush hillside to capture the breathtaking panorama from almost every angle, Villa Rodnaya boasts a stunning outdoor terrace with an amazing 18-meter infinity-edge swimming pool, the perfect space to refresh or relax after a day spent exploring Phuket.
The outdoor terrace also features comfortable sun loungers, a gazebo with outdoor dining table and speakers connected to a Bose sound system. A transparent safety fence around the pool offers peace of mind for those traveling with young children without obstructing the jaw-dropping views.
Indoor living areas
The outdoor terrace extends from the gorgeous open-plan living and dining area of the villa, which is a bright and air-conditioned room set under a beautiful curved wooden roof. This elegantly furnished space offers astonishing ocean-views from every corner and features a lounge area, a formal 12-seater dining table and a well equipped guest kitchen with breakfast bar.
Tucked away behind the living room is also a colorful children's playroom with games, toys and a daybed, while downstairs the villa features a media room fitted with comfy seating and a TV/DVD entertainment system.
Bedrooms
Villa Rodnaya features four beautiful and comfortable bedrooms, all enjoying spectacular views of the Andaman Sea.
The gorgeous Master Bedroom is located on the upper level and occupies its own peak-roofed pavilion with direct access to the pool. This suite boasts a four-poster king size bed, a spacious walk-through wardrobe and a luxurious private bathroom with large bathtub, double vanity and shower. The bedroom also connects to the children's playroom, to make an amazing family suite if needed.
On the lower level we instead have the three comfortable Guest Bedrooms, all with balconies positioned for optimal sea views, king size beds and ensuite bathrooms with showers and double vanities.
Staff
At the guests' service is a welcoming and professional staff. The team is led by a friendly manager and includes a highly skilled Thai chef and housekeepers. The staff can easily arrange for any extra service upon request, while a delicious daily breakfast is included in the rate.

Wonderful family time together, swimming, relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view and sunsets. Visited the beach and elephant sanctuary. We travelled with our 3 year old and 6 months old kids, plus their grandma and grandpa. There was plenty of room and we had a lot of fun together. The food was delicious and staff very efficient. We celebrated our 3 year old's birthday here with an adorable pink birthday cake that the chef made for us. Thank you for a wonderful time.
