Outdoor living areas
The Duplexes boast a gorgeous contemporary architecture and have been designed to fully take advantage of their hillside position: the ocean's marvelous turquoise waters can in fact be admired from almost every corner of the residences.
The outdoor areas of these luxurious homes are beautiful terraces dominated by stunning 15-meter long infinity-edged swimming pools. These spaces also feature outdoor lounge and dining corners, barbecues areas and comfortable poolside sun loungers. The perfect spots to relax in total tranquility while admiring the breathtaking panorama.
Indoor living areas
The beautiful and elegant indoor living areas of the Duplex residences are bright open-plan spaces boasting high ceilings and huge sliding glass doors opening onto the pool terrace and offering fantastic views.
These air-conditioned living rooms comprise lounge corners with comfortable sofas, dining tables and modern kitchens fitted with double fridge-freezers, ovens and four-burner stoves.
On the upper floors the Duplexes also offer additional sitting areas with sofas and desks.
Bedrooms
Each Malaiwana Duplex Residence has four gorgeous and comfortable bedrooms.
The two Master Suites are located on the upper level and enjoy spectacular ocean views from their floor-to-ceiling sliding windows and balconies. Both bedrooms feature king size beds, flat screen TVs and luxurious ensuite marble bathrooms with gorgeous bathtubs, showers, double vanity sets. One of the Master Suites also boasts a large walk-in dressing area.
On this same floor, positioned at the rear of the residence, is the Guest Suite 1. This bedroom has twin beds (which can be converted into a king size bed), a wardrobe, a desk and a private bathroom in marble with shower.
On the ground floor we have instead the Guest Suite 2, which opens onto the pool terrace. This bedroom features twin beds, a flat screen TV and an ensuite bathroom with shower.
Staff
At the guests' service is a welcoming and professional staff. The team is led by a friendly manager and includes a highly skilled Thai chef and housekeepers. The staff can easily arrange for any extra service upon request, while a delicious daily breakfast is included in the rate.
