Description
Ban Sairee is a spectacular beachfront 9-bedrooms villa located on Bang Koa Beach, a stunning and secluded beach on the south of Koh Samui. This area of the island has a lot to offer: guests can go kayaking in crystal clear waters, visit the famous Laem Sor Pagoda, enjoy sunset cocktails in lovely beach bars or dine in authentic Thai restaurants. However, being Samui a relatively small island, most of its attractions are easy to reach, including the more touristic locations of Chaweng and Bophut in the north, which are only an easy 45-minute drive away.
With its stunning beachfront setting, flexible sleeping arrangements and huge lawns that can host up to 120 people, Ban Sairee is the perfect venue to organise special celebrations and events, from intimate parties to fairytale weddings.
Outdoor living areas
Ban Sairee is spread over 3 acres of gorgeously manicured beachfront land and offers amazing ocean views from every corner. The wonderful garden of the villa is like something out of a dream, and it features extensive lawns, tall swaying palm trees, a 20-meter infinity-edge swimming pool with shallow area for children, sun loungers, a gorgeous beachside gazebo and an outdoor dining area that can sit up to 20 persons, perfect to enjoy BBQ parties.
The most active guests will also enjoy the private tennis court, the four kayaks (which also include adult and child vests) and the badminton equipment. The expensive lawns can also be used for all sorts of outdoor activities and, if ever a reminder is needed, the villa boasts direct access to a fantastic white sandy beach with calm swimmable waters.
Indoor living spaces
This fantastic property boasts a traditional Ayutthaya-style and comprises two gorgeous teakwood pavilions, which house the main living spaces and seven bedrooms, and two separate rice barns, which have been reconverted into beautiful private suites.
All pavilions feature a harmonious blend of traditional Thai designs and contemporary luxury elements. They also all enjoy beautifully designed interiors, high-pitched ceiling and stunning art pieces.
The main living area of the villa is found in the largest of the pavilions and features a lounge corner, a teak-wood dining table, a guest kitchen and a TV room. The villa also offers a yoga area (yoga mats can be provided) and a ping pong table.
Bedrooms
Ban Sairee has nine fantastic bedrooms and can host 14 adults plus 4 children (extra beds can also be provided at an extra cost).
The main houses comprise seven teak wood paneled suites, all featuring air-conditioning and ensuite bathrooms. One house has two master bedrooms, fitted with king size beds (one of which can be split into two singles) and a bunk bed suite. The second house features a total of four bedrooms: two master suites fitted with king size beds (one can be converted into two singles beds), one room with bunk beds and the magnificent Sairee Suite, which has a four-poster king size bed.
The remaining two suites are instead found in the separate reconverted barns, the Big Barn and the Small Barn. Both bedrooms have king size beds that can be converted into twins.
Staff
Ban Sairee has a professional and attentive staff. The team includes a personal guest assistant, housekeepers, a talented chef (extra cost), security guards and maintenance workers. Guests can also easily request for special services, including transport, in-villa massages, laundry, a personal tennis coach and Muay Thai and yoga classes.
Included in the rate is also a daily continental breakfast.

A little piece of heaven in Koh Samui. Nestled in the quieter south of the island (nothing is too far on the island), Ban Sairee is postcard beautiful. The villas have been sympathetically built facing the ocean. The gardens are immaculately maintained with an exact swimming pool, tennis court, kayaking and ping pong to boot. Then the food, oh the food….and the lovely people looking after you - Khun Jul runs one hell of a ship. Family smiles all day every day in the land of smiles.

5/5Bain Sairee is a truly special place. The staff are efficient, friendly in fact they are fabulous. It is set in beautiful gardens with use of a tennis court, table tennis table and kayak’s. The pool looks out over the beach and you could never get fed up of the view. This villa is a place everyone should visit.
