The villa enjoys a superb lakeside position, surrounded by mature trees and tropical plants. Bang Tao Beach, with its snazzy beach clubs, laid back beachfront eateries and cafes is a short stroll away or an easy drop off by the resort shuttle.
Outdoor living areas
The villa's outdoor areas are great spaces to relax or spend quality times with family and friends while being immersed in the beautiful tropical nature.
The beautiful garden is dominated by a refreshing 12-meter swimming pool with a large deck fitted with sun loungers, parasols and cushioned rattan sofas. The delightful relaxation gazebo overlooks the lake and it's perfect for massages and sunset cocktails.
This amazing outdoor space also boasts a covered barbecue corner with dining table, a panoramic terrace with sun loungers on the upper level to enjoy the beautiful view, and a lower lawn ideal for kids to play in.
Indoor living areas
Laguna Waters is a beautiful 2-storey holiday home boasting a traditional Thai architecture and an elegant, yet unpretentious, décor.
The main living area is located in the beautiful and spacious room that opens onto the outdoor lounge and the pool terrace. This room has glass sliding doors and large picture windows, allowing the natural light to "flood" the space. Here we have large sofas, an 8-seater dining table and a fully equipped open kitchen with a breakfast bar and stools.
On the upper level the villa boasts a spacious entertainment and fitness room. This space features a billiard table, a TV and high-end gym equipment, including an elliptical, a bench press, free weights and yoga ball.
Bedrooms
The villa boasts five beautiful bedrooms, all fitted with comfortable king size beds.
The Master Bedroom is a spacious gorgeous suite located on the upper level of the villa. The room features a large private terrace with sun loungers and amazing lake views, a walk-in closet, living space with sofa, a Smart TV, Bose speakers and a luxury ensuite bathroom with a rain shower, double vanity and a jacuzzi bathtub.
The room called the Guest Pavilion is a beautiful and private room situated in a separate structure and opening onto the pool deck. This suite has a daybed that can convert into a double bed for children, a Smart TV, a wardrobe and a private bathroom with shower.
Also situated on the pool level and ensuring complete privacy, is the large Guest Bedroom 1, which features a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, a rain shower and double vanities.
On the upper floor are the remaining two bedrooms, which are connected and share a bathroom, making them perfect to host families. The Guest Bedroom 2 boasts a small balcony with pool and lake views, a Panasonic sound system and a large closet. The Guest Bedroom 3 has instead a balcony with garden views and Bose speakers.
Staff
The professional and warm staff of the villa will assist the guests in anything they might need during the stay. The team includes a villa manager, housekeepers and the 24-hour estate security guards. Additional staff such as a private chef, nannies or babysitters, massage therapist, yoga instructor, fitness coach or drivers are available upon request at extra charge.
