Set on a massive 4,700 sqm land area, this absolute beachfront property offers a restorative coastal escape while remaining just nine kilometers from the trendy restaurants and boutiques of Canggu.
For larger groups, Tirtha Bayu Villa II can also be booked together with its sister property, Tirtha Bayu Villa I. Connected by an ornate, stone-carved Balinese gate, the two villas form an expansive 11-bedroom estate featuring two swimming pools, an ideal setting for a tropical wedding or special celebration.
Outdoor living areas
The outdoor space is dominated by a stunning 32-meter private infinity pool that creates a seamless "blue on blue" vision as it appears to meld with the Indian Ocean. The pool is fringed by lush tropical gardens, coconut palms, and pool decks equipped with sunbeds and sunbrellas.
Guests can unwind in the poolside relaxation balé or on shady verandas, while the terraced lawns provide a magical setting for weddings and events of up to 150 guests when booked with its sister villa.
Indoor living areas
Inside the main pavilion, guests will find a spacious air conditioned living area adorned with elaborate hand carved furniture and decorative reliefs. The living space features glass bi-fold doors that open completely to invite in the coastal breeze, while an air conditioned dining room houses a grand ten-seater dining table.
For entertainment, the villa offers a home audio system, board games, and flat screen satellite televisions in every room.
Bedrooms
The villa accommodates up to ten adults in five king sized bedrooms, including a self-contained honeymoon suite on the upper floor. This premier suite features an emperor bed, a private rooftop terrace with 360-degree views, and a spa style ensuite with an oversized soaking tub.
The ground floor houses four deluxe rooms with sea views and luxurious ensuites that feature both indoor and outdoor garden showers.
Staff
A professional team including a Villa Manager and experienced private chef pampers guests with warm Balinese hospitality. The chef is adept at preparing a wide range of cuisines, from freshly grilled seafood to local signature dishes like duck cooked in herbs.

We had an incredible stay at Tirtha Bayu Estate. The ocean views are absolutely stunning, especially at sunset, and the whole place feels peaceful and private. The villas are beautiful, spacious, and full of thoughtful details that make the stay feel really special. The staff were also amazing, so friendly and attentive. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy Bali in a truly beautiful setting. 🌅🌴
